Overall great say. It was not stocked with body wash and shampoo and conditioner as we have been used to with other stays so that was hard the first night getting home when we were without for showers. Other than this would recommend.
This little house was just perfect for what we needed. Extremely clean, great communication, wonderful yard for the pups. Looking forward to using it again’
Backyard was great for our two little dogs. Kitchen was supplied will. Needed light bulbs and also bulbs that had the same wattage. The main bedroom carpet needs to be replaced. But the house was comfortable and we enjoyed our time there.
This was very enjoyable for my guys! It allowed them to not stay at a hotel all cramped! It was convenient to everywhere! VERY CLEAN!!! Will definitely stay again!!!

Thank you so much for staying with us, we enjoyed hosting your group!
We went to the dog show in Midland. We loved this property. There was a very nice fenced yard so our pups could run and play. The house was nice for us - room for us to have some privacy but nice we could all sit around the table and talk - we could all do our thing. We really enjoyed our stay
Thanks
We needed a place near the airport and this house was perfect for our situation. The neighbors’ barking dogs were a problem as they woke me up in the night.
Nice quiet neighborhood, clean older partially remodeled home. The yard and lawn furniture could use some attention and the grill was uncleaned from the previous guest. We would rent again.
Great potential, but suffers from neglected managementPros: * The property has a very nice washer & dryer available for guest use. * The initial design and setup of the home show that a lot of effort went into it originally.Cons: * Missing Essentials: -- Both soap and shampoo were listed as provided, none provided.-- The grill is prominently featured twice in the listing (including under "popular amenities"), yet was unusable because the propane tank was empty (charcoal was left, but no lighter fluid or matches). -- No dishwasher soap provided. * Cleaning Expectations vs. Delivery: Despite paying a 120 cleaning fee, guests are given a heavy list of check-out chores- running the dishwasher- starting loads of laundryunder the threat of additional fees if not followed. when we were supplied with greasy pots and pans, one with dried food on it. * Safety Concerns: The tub in the master bathroom is incredibly slick. It is a major slip hazard and needs safety grips. * Low-Quality Supplies: -- The toilet paper provided was incredibly low quality.-- Only two kitchen trash bag inserts were provided for a nearly week-long stay.-- Ice maker was broken & No ice provided Summary:It feels like a lot of care went into setting up thishouse initially, but it has now shifted to doing the bare minimum to extract maximum profit. Between the lack of basic amenities, excessive check-out rules it is obvious the current management & attention to detail are severely lacking.
Interior of the house was clean and inviting. Yard was overgrown (host previously said it would be mowed Tuesday. Yard crew showed up Saturday afternoon). Temperature in the house was easy to maintain. All was clean and neat, but might want to replace most of the bathroom towels and wash rags. They used to be white, but were a beige-dingy color. Location was quite convenient. Keep the yard up, and replace some white towels, and I would happily stay there again. For five stars, please get some good outdoor furniture on the back porch.
