Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen. Kurze Wege zum Bäcker, zu Restaurants und der Fußgängerzone. Auch zum Deich und zum Schwimmbad ist es nur ein kurzer Weg. Mit Vorsicht zu genießen ist die Tiefgarage. Wer ein großes oder längeres Auto fährt, bitte sehr vorsichtig fahren. Es könnte sonst passieren, dass einem ein Betonpfeiler in den Weg springt.
