The Oberstaader 1 vacation home is located on the edge of the Lake Constance Shore Nature Reserve and near the most beautiful beach on the Höri Peninsula, which is just an 8-minute walk away. The boat dock, with routes between Konstanz and Schaffhausen, is also within easy walking distance. This 500-year-old, historic, listed half-timbered house has been luxuriously renovated. On the outside, it has retained its unique character. Within its historic, cozy walls, new, comfortable rooms have been created that invite you to relax and linger in style.

The apartment is located on Höristraße, the main road connecting the villages on the Höri peninsula. As a result, you can hear traffic during the day on weekdays. In the evenings, it becomes quiet, allowing you to enjoy the beautifully landscaped outdoor area under the old walnut tree with a glass of wine. Additionally, a privacy screen provides a clear separation from the street.

In this inspiring setting, you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen-dining area. One flight of stairs up, you’ll find a cozy TV nook. Enjoy a relaxing bath or a refreshing shower in the modern bathroom. Adjacent to the bedroom on the upper floor is a small bathroom with a sink and toilet. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds. The bedroom at the very top of the tower also features a pleasant workspace and reading area.

Boat tours are available from any town on the Höri, as there are boat docks in both Gaienhofen and the other towns on the Höri. The Turm vacation rental is just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest boat dock.
