The Oberstaader 1 holiday home is located on the edge of the Bodenseeufer nature reserve and near the most beautiful public beach on the Höri, just an 8-minute walk away. You can also easily reach the ferry terminal with routes between Konstanz and Schaffhausen on foot. The 500-year-old, listed half-timbered house has been luxuriously renovated. On the outside, it has retained its unique character. Inside the historic, cozy walls, new, comfortable spaces have been created that invite you to relax and linger in style.

The apartment is on Höristraße, the main road connecting the towns on the Höri. So during weekdays you can hear the traffic during the day. In the evenings it gets quiet, allowing you to enjoy the beautifully landscaped outdoor area under the old walnut tree with a glass of wine. Additionally, a privacy screen provides a clear separation from the street.

Up to four people can enjoy a modern, high-quality atmosphere in this beautiful holiday apartment. The interior design combines contemporary elements with tradition, and the carefully chosen details create a stylish yet cozy ambiance.

In this inspiring setting, you'll have access to a modern and very well-equipped kitchen-living area. One floor up, you'll find a cozy TV corner. Enjoy a relaxing bath or a refreshing shower in the stylishly designed bathroom. The upstairs bedroom features a small bathroom with a sink and toilet. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds. The bedroom at the very top in the tower also includes a pleasant workspace and reading area.

Switzerland is just a few minutes by car. Here, the beautiful town of Stein am Rhein is waiting for your visit, or of course the roaring Rhine Falls near Schaffhausen.

Boat trips are possible from any place on Höri, as there are docking stations in Gaienhofen as well as in other towns on Höri. The Turm holiday apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the nearest boat dock.
