Cosy Cabin in the midst of nature

Very nice location, the lake is beautiful The house is located at the forest It has space to spend quality time in nature with your closest family and friends. It is a wooden house, which is why it is a bit noisy. The inventory needs some repairs, otherwise it is well equipped. The fireplace, veranda and sauna are a plus.

Wir waren als Familie für ein Wochenende hier und hatten uns sehr auf die gemeinsame Zeit gefreut. Das Haus ist eigentlich wunderschön, doch unser Aufenthalt endete abrupt.Am ersten Abend fiel in großen Teilen des Hauses der Strom aus: Herd, Spülmaschine, Sauna und teilweise das Licht. Mit hungrigen Kindern in der Küche zu stehen und plötzlich komplett ohne Strom dazustehen, war ein Schock. Wir meldeten das sofort mit Fotos. Nach einer Stunde kam die einzige Antwort: "Schalten Sie alle Sicherungen aus und wieder an." Später erfuhren wir, dass die Sicherung selbst defekt war, also von Anfang an nicht reparierbar.Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass die Notfallnummer nie erreichbar war - trotz zahlreicher (20) Anrufversuche, sogar FeWo-Direkt kam nicht durch. Es wurde kein Techniker geschickt, niemand kam vorbei, und wir erhielten keine echte Unterstützung, sodass wir schließlich abbrechen und abreisen mussten.Im Nachhinein hofften wir zumindest auf Verständnis oder ein Entgegenkommen. Stattdessen wurden wir unhöflich behandelt, es wurde uns die Schuld gegeben, und es wurde keinerlei Entschädigung angeboten, obwohl die Unterkunft durch den Stromausfall nicht nutzbar war.Ein schönes Haus reicht nicht, wenn man im Notfall im Stich gelassen wird.Leider keine Empfehlung.

Großzügiges Haus in toller Lage am Walchensee

Das Haus ist aufgrund der Aussattung und Größe sehr gut für Familien geeignet. Unsere Kinder haben sehr gern im Garten gespielt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
