Schönes komplett renoviertes Haus mit Schwächen

Der erste Eindruck von dem Haus ist sehr gut. Leider fehlen die Mückengitter vor den Fenstern im kompletten Haus.Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr steil und der obere Handlauf nicht nutzbar. Zudem ist die oberste Stufe noch erhöht. Im Obergeschoß befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer. Wir hatten an den ersten beiden Tagen gutes Wetter, was dazu führte, dass sich das OG sehr aufheizte. Ohne Mückengitter war ein Lüften leider nicht möglich, da u.a. durch den Kanal einige Insekten vor Ort sind.Bei der Küchenausstattung (Töpfe, Gläser und Becher) könnte gerne nach gebessert werden. Die Sonne scheint nachmittags direkt in das Wohnzimmer. Leider gibt es keine Vorhänge vor den Fenstern, so dass man direkt in die Sonne blickt.Im Garten gibt es leider keinen Unterstand, so dass man bei Regen schnell ins Haus zurück muss. Der Gartenschuppen war leider für uns nicht nutzbar (Fahrradunterstand), da er abgeschlossen war.

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass der erste Eindruck für Sie positiv war. Gleichzeitig nehmen wir Ihre Hinweise sehr ernst: Die fehlenden Mückengitter, die steile Treppe mit eingeschränktem Handlauf sowie die Hitzeentwicklung im Obergeschoss sind Punkte, die wir kurzfristig prüfen und – wo möglich – verbessern werden. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche und das Thema Sonnenschutz im Wohnzimmer stehen bereits auf unserer Liste für Nachbesserungen. Bezüglich des Fahrradschuppens tut es uns leid, dass dieser für Sie nicht zugänglich war – das war nicht so vorgesehen und wir sorgen umgehend dafür, dass zukünftige Gäste ihn problemlos nutzen können. Da uns das Wohl unserer Gäste am Herzen liegt, danken wir Ihnen ausdrücklich für Ihre Hinweise.
