This is more than a house renting, this is about making your holidays unforgettable. I really recommend Christiaan Holthaus's company for your holidays. Pros: One of the best family holidays we have had.The owner allowed to check in early as we had an early flight into Spain and had the villa already for us..,The villa itself was so lovely , had everything that we needed . The views from the balcony were spectacular . We able to see the sea and the sun rise and set .. it was amazing !!! He heated the pool for us although it was warm in There and this became one of the highlights of our stay. Think we spent so many hours in the pool & had fun swims and races lol...early and late night swims too:) we also did some sightseeing and because Moraira is not too far from Benidorm and Alicante we also ventured there ... a big thank you to Christiaan We will be seriously considering booking the villa for another holiday..

Pros: Het is een heel mooi huis , met alle voorzieningen, alleen heel spijtig dat het totaal niet netjes was toen we aankwamen.Wij hebben de eerste 2,5 dagen van onze vakantie alleen maar gekuist ! De lege flessen en bierblikjes enz. lagen nog overal buiten op de grond ( we hebben er zelfs foto's van). Die 5 de slaapkamer is eigenlijk gewoon een woonruimte waar bedden in gezet worden en heeft dus geen deur. Iedereen die in de benedenkeuken wou moest door die kamer. Het is een heel mooi huis met een goede ligging maar te duur . Voor deze prijs moet het picobello in orde zijn !!

Pros: Door een aanpassing in het vliegschema kwamen we helaas pas rond middernacht aan in de woning. Wat hierin heel erg tegenviel is het feit dat beheerder wist hoe laat we aan zouden komen, maar en geen enkele kachel was aangezet. Het huis was steenkoud. Ook niet een leuk precentje bij aankomst. We verhuren zelf ons huis in Frankrijk en weten uit ervaring dat gasten dit zeer op prijs stellen. Flesje wijn kost niets, maar doet zoveel goeds. Verder hebben we heerlijk genoten van het huis en de omgeving. Tijdens verblijf viel de wifi uit, maar werd door beheerder snel en goed opgepakt. Ook de avondmaaltijd die ons werd aangeboden ( Paella) hebben we erg gewaardeerd. We kunnen dit huis dan ook alleen maar aanraden. Maar wie vroeg in het seizoen gaat... laat het zwembad voorverwarmen voor aankomst, dan kunt u er heerlijk van genieten.
