Welcome to the sailor's nest!



This modern holiday apartment offers a Baltic Sea holiday in the first row to the water, elegantly furnished and equipped to a high standard, the Segler Nest scores with its exclusive location directly on the harbour promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz. Flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling windows and a phenomenal view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, this holiday apartment offers complete holiday luxury.



The view falls on the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with passing sailing ships and the SchleimĂŒnde lighthouse. Harbour cinema is guaranteed, as are the picture-perfect sunsets that can be watched from the balcony.



Designed to be barrier-free, this holiday apartment is easily accessible by lift and has a level-access shower.



Situated above the things, you can watch passing sailing ships entering the Baltic Sea from the entire living/dining area and the balcony. The idyllic landscape of the Schlei nature reserve offers closeness to nature and a break away from everyday life. The harbour promenade is located below the holiday apartment and invites you to take a stroll.



Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the flatscreen TV in the living room, which can be enjoyed from the comfortable leather sofa.



The extensively equipped open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals or a delicious coffee with freshly whipped milk. The balcony invites you to enjoy a barbecue with a view of the water.



The shower room has a large walk-in shower.



The cosy bedroom, equipped with a box-spring double bed and an additional flatscreen TV, ensures a restful night's sleep.



The holiday apartment is on the first floor. Behind the house there is a private car parking space and a shared bicycle shed.



Our favourite spot: Enjoy the fantastic view of the water from the balcony and watch the sailing boats enter the harbour.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Das einzige, was wir bemÀngeln ist, der Aufzug war die ganze Woche defekt und so mussten wir immer die Treppe nehmen. Das hÀtte uns sonst nicht gestört, aber meine Frau ist leicht gehbehindert.

Ganz besonders viel uns die umfangreiche Ausstattung der KĂŒche auf, neben mehreren Töpfen und Kochutensilien, gibt es Back- Auflaufformen inklusive eines Mixers.Wir werden ganz sicherlich ein weiteres Mal kommen.

Wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und wir haben dort gerne gewohnt. Auf dem Balkon kann man schön sitzen und zuhören wenn unten die FahrrĂ€der verliehen werden. Zum Einkaufen ist es auch nicht weit. Einzig in den Fotos der Anzeige waren zwei Flens abgebildet aber es stand nur eine Weißweinflasche im Zimmer ;-)
