Traumblick auf der Ostsee

In the north of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, on the pier jutting out into the sea and in the immediate vicinity of the water, lies the extraordinary holiday apartment Traumblick auf der Ostsee with penthouse and large sun terrace, which offers a fantastic view of the wide Baltic Sea, the Schleim estuary and the harbour of the Baltic Sea resort.



The holiday apartment is of very high quality and stylish in natural tones and deliberately clear and simple shapes. It offers everything you need for an all-round successful holiday by the sea. The spacious living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, seating area and large dining table for 6 people is the centrepiece of the apartment. Here you can spend cosy moments in front of the wood-burning stove and enjoy meals together, which can be conjured up in the fully equipped kitchen.



The three bedrooms offer plenty of space for up to 6 adults to sleep and dream (1x double bed, 4x single beds).



In the modern main bathroom there is a Finnish sauna, which crowns the personal wellness programme with an incomparable view of the Schleim estuary and the resort's harbour.



The highlight of the holiday apartment is the penthouse on the top floor. The additional living/dining area with wood-burning stove and the terrace on three sides with all-day sunshine invite you to linger with spectacular views of the waves and the resort.



A guest WC on the first level provides additional comfort.



Two car parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Sauna war der Hammer.Ein paar negative Kritikpunkte haben wir dennoch.Fenster hätten gereinigt und Spinnen--weben hätten entfernt werden können. Grill war nicht richtig gereinigt.Sonst war jedoch alles sauber.Es waren leider ein paar Dinge defekt, diese wurden auch gemeldet.Smoothiemaker, Staubsauger, Kapselmaschine, Schublade eines Nachtschrankes. TVs sind nicht Netzwerkfähig. Die Ferienwohnung ist für 6 Personen ausgestattet. Jedoch waren draußen nur 4 Gartenstühle und zu wenig Stuhlauflagen. Laut Aussage (beim Check Out) eines Mitarbeiters waren einige dieser Mängel jedoch schon länger bekannt. Schade das diese dann nicht beseitigt wurden.Aber alles in allen haben uns diese Mängel aber nicht groß gestört. Die tolle Ferienwohnung mit dem tollen Ausblick und der Sauna haben uns über einiges hinwegsehen lassen.Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung weiter und würden wiederkommen.
