About this property

1 bedroom amazing apartment in Olpenitz

Located directly on the harbour promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, this light-flooded holiday apartment scores points thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows with a phenomenal view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. Harbour cinema is guaranteed, as are the picture-perfect sunsets that can be watched from the balcony.



Designed to be barrier-free, this holiday apartment is easily accessible by lift and has a level-access shower.



Situated above the things, you can watch passing sailing ships entering the Baltic Sea from the entire living/dining area and the balcony. The view is of the Schleimünde lighthouse and the idyllic landscape conservation area around it. The harbour promenade is located directly below the holiday apartment and invites you to take a stroll. Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the flatscreen TV in the living room, which can be enjoyed from the comfortable sofa.



The extensively equipped open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Delicious holiday meals can be conjured up here. The balcony invites you to enjoy a barbecue evening with a view of the water.



The shower room has a large walk-in shower.



The cosy bedroom is furnished with a double bed for a restful night's sleep.



Behind the house there is a private car parking space and a shared bicycle shed.



The holiday apartment is on the first floor.



Our favourite spot: From strolling along the harbour promenade, step out onto the balcony and watch the beautiful sunset with a sundowner.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Dejligt lille lejlighed og flotte omgivelser til vores ophold henover nytår. Der er en fornem udsigt ud over bugten, hvor der er Marsvin. Sikkert fantastisk om sommeren, da stranden ser fin ud. To mindre detaljer: Hoveddøren er utæt i kraftig vind og der var efterladt afkalker i kaffemaskinen, som gjorde den første kande udrikkelig.

Tolle Aussicht

Sensationell ist der Blick auf das Wasser , die Wohnung modern und zweckmäßig. Leider nicht sehr sonnig, da Nordbalkon und da wir in der 1. Etage waren, ist die Wohnung von der Promenade aus einsehbar. Im Fahrradschuppen sind gleichzeitig die Müllcontainer (Schlüssel haben alle Bewohner), deshalb riecht es dort nicht sehr angenehm und wir hätten unsere Räder dort nicht gern abgestellt.
