This holiday apartment is on the 3rd floor in a top location!



AUSBLICK 4.2 is centrally located directly at the sailing and sports boat harbour of the Baltic Sea resort on the lively harbour promenade with its varied shops and a direct view of the marina.



As soon as you open the flat door, your gaze falls through the floor-to-ceiling window front of the open-plan living/dining area over the balcony onto the harbour panorama with its colourful hustle and bustle. A holiday feeling from the very first second!



The loft-style holiday apartment is bright and friendly and radiates cosiness. It's easy to feel at home here! The integrated kitchenette in the living/dining area is fully equipped and invites you to cook together. In the living area, the comfortable sofa invites you to linger and a TV provides a change from the harbour cinema.



The bedroom with its comfortable double bed offers the best conditions for a relaxing night's sleep.



In the bathroom there is a floor-level shower for a successful start to a new day's holiday.



The car parking space at the house offers additional comfort.



The existing lift ensures easy access to AUSBLICK 4.2, a holiday apartment that really does promise a wonderful AUSBLICK.



Our favourite spot: enjoy the unique VIEW over the harbour as far as the Schleim estuary...



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Wochenende an der Ostsee

Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend ausgestattet vom äußerlichen wie auch von der Ausstattung. Und waf durch die Unterlagen erst nicht deutlich wo wir genau hin müssen, sprich vom Parkplatz und Eingang der Wohnung . Zu bemängeln ist die Sauberkeit der Dusche am Duschkopf war Schimmel. So wie Dreck an der Wand im Wohn uns Essbereich. Durch die hohen Decken sah man das ganz oben in den Ecken Tierchen waren. Die man durch Insektengitter vor den hohen Fenstern verhindern könnte. Wir würden wieder kommen aber eine Wohnung wählen die nicht im der dritten Etage ist besonders im Sommer.

Das Appartement entsprach voll unseren Vorstellungen. Allerdings war das Objekt nicht auf unser Kommen vorbereitet worden. Bedienungsanleitungen für TV fehlten . Die Gurte um die Balkonmöbel ließen sich nicht öffnen. Die mit Batterie betriebenen Uhren standen; ebenso die Uhr der Mikrowelle. Im Internet wurde auch ein inkludierter Strandkorb angeboten. Den gab es leider nicht. Das sind elementare Dinge, die in einem Haus dieser Preislage nicht passieren dürfen! Trotz dieser ersten negativen Eindrücke haben wir uns in der Wohnung "Ausblick 4.2." sehr wohl gefühlt und würden ggfs. hier erneut buchen. Vielleicht sogar ein "schwimmendes Ferienhaus". Wir haben es beim Besuch unserer Kinder kennen gelernt.

Moin Moin Dieter, vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt und die Bewertung. Einleitend freut es uns, dass Sie sich wohl gefühlt haben und die Unterkunft Ihren Erwartungen entsprach. Allerdings bedauern wir sehr, dass Sie dennoch nicht vollumfänglich zufrieden waren. Die Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher, welche Sie als fehlend beschreiben, befand sich in der digitalen Gästemappe. Zudem tut es uns leid, dass Sie Probleme beim Lösen des Spanngurtes hatten. An der Stelle möchten wir allerdings erwähnen, dass der TV und die Gartenmöbel an Sie ordnungsgemäß übergeben worden sind und es sich bei Ihrer Bedienung bedauerlicherweise um einen Bedienfehler handelte. Wir freuen uns aber, dass die Haustechnik Ihnen zeitnah Abhilfe schaffen konnte. Ferner sind wir verwundert über das Feedback zu dem Strandkorb, da dieser nicht im Inserat ausgewiesen ist. Hier würden wir uns freuen, wenn Sie uns mitteilen, wo Sie diesen im Inserat ausfindig machen konnten. Abschließend möchten wir uns nochmals bedanken für den Aufenthalt und hoffen, Sie erneut in Olpenitz begrüßen zu dürfen.
