A gorgeous, high-end vacation home with a garden (fence height 60 cm), carport, and private shed in a great location in Grömitz.
The beach and dune park are just a 2-minute walk away. The dog-friendly beach is reachable in a few minutes.
The vacation home accommodates 5–6 people. Dogs are allowed.
During the colder months, the sauna room provides additional comfort. The covered, west-facing terrace offers a place to relax in any weather. Enjoy the evening here until sunset.

The beds were a little too hard. In the downstairs bathroom, water was leaking under the partition. (Maybe I didn’t close it properly, but I actually know how to do that :) ) But other than that, we were very satisfied. The location was great, and the decor—beautiful—someone really had a knack for design. We especially liked that the colors from the living room were carried throughout the whole house—for example, the shade of the countertop. What I thought was a bit mean was that you were supposed to shower the dog with the garden hose—I mean, at this time of year??? Luckily, our dog didn’t need that, but I’m sure no other dog owner would do that either. Other than that, we felt very comfortable!

You immediately feel comfortable and at home in this house. The house has everything you need. We thought it was really great that so much thought had been put into making it kid-friendly. Everything was there for the little ones, too—except for a small toilet seat/potty—but I suspect that’s not allowed for hygienic reasons. We’d say it’s the perfect house.

Unfortunately, the filter coffee maker was broken from the very first day and wasn’t replaced despite us notifying you immediately. As a result, the new, full filter coffee remained in the unit, and we had to buy new capsules. This was very inconvenient for 5 people.

Completely satisfied. We really enjoyed our stay in the vacation home. Very nice, attractive, and high-quality furnishings. The location was perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 children). In addition to everything else, we especially appreciated that the children’s needs were taken into account: stair gates, children’s cutlery and dishes, step stools in the bathrooms, and the coloring book and crayons.
