Der Vermieter hat leider nicht erwähnt, dass die gesamte Strasse vor dem Gebäide aufgerissen und saniert wird. Bagger und LKW-Lärm. Unerträglich.Die Fenster in einem Schlafraum waren verschlossen und konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Die Bäder in den Schlafzimmern sind nett gemeint aber gänzlich ohne Lüftung und Fenster - entsprechend sind die Gerüche etc präsent.Die Lage ist gut aber für mich bleibt es definitiv einmalig, da ist das Geld zu viel - immerhin über 2000 EUR für vier Nächte.Wir sind dann aber einen Tag früher abgereist.

Nette Wohnung, aber zahlreiche Mängel, daher keine Empfehlung
Eigentlich eine schöne und sehr gut gelegene Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick, aber im Detail viel zu viele Mängel, gerade für den hohen Preis (1950,- EUR für 3 Nächte über Weihnachten). Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters schlecht, auch keine Notrufnummer - das geht gar nicht. Eingang über verdreckten und vermüllten Hinterhof (und nicht über die angegebene Adresse) und dysfunktionale Haustür. Keine Klingel oder Gegensprechanlage, nur 1 Schlüssel (für 8-10 Gäste). Wohnung selbst groß, sauber, gemütlich. Ausstattung nicht vollständig, fehlende Waschmaschine, Schreibtisch, Bügelbrett, Bettlampen. 2 der 3 Bäder ohne Heizung - und das im Winter! Teller zu groß für Spülmaschine. Nur riesige Wassergläser und große Rotweingläser, nix für zB Sekt. WLAN-Abdeckung lückenhaft. Zu wenig Bettzeug zur Verfügung gestellt und es war auch niemand zur Nachlieferung zu erreichen. Kein Staubsauger oder Besen/Kehrblech, nicht mal Salz und Pfeffer. Fazit: Leider keine Empfehlung.
