Villa Aldiza - Beautiful villa with many moorish elements and pool, very close to the beach

Villa Aldiza is a wonderful house for a holiday with several families. With a total of 6 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 12 people. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with three sofas and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings in winter. The living room is open towards the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining table. In front of the kitchen there is a terrace, so you can eat inside or outside, depending on the weather. On the ground floor you also find two bedrooms with double beds that share a family bathroom. In the luminous basement there is another living room as well as three bedrooms with double beds and a shower room.
Upstairs is a large beautifully designed bedroom featuring a high wooden ceiling, en-suite shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and sea views. The pool in the garden is ideal for refreshment, and the sea and beach at Fuente del Gallo are only a few minutes' walk away. In Fuente del Gallo there is a small, very well-assorted supermarket, restaurants and a Chiringuito on the beach in summer.
In low season (15 September to 15 June except Easter and Christmas) the house can be rented without the three basement bedrooms (max 6 persons) and a 20% discount will be applied.
