Rustic country house "Rita", surrounded by fields and vineyards. 7 km from the centre of Palau, on top of a hill, 3 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 2 ha (fenced), large garden with plants and trees. Private: outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). 1 km long bumpy, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bar 7 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Le Saline" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Arzachena 9 km, Cannigione 11 km, Costa Smeralda 30 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. The owner uses the basement floor of the house 3/4 times a week for a few hours during the day to take care of the countryside and the animals.
3-room house 120 m2, on the ground floor. Rustic and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with sloping ceilings, on 2 levels with 2 beds and 1 french bed (140 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Large terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot (extra). Schon für den Ausblick lohnt sich die Reise nach Sardinien

Was für ein Panorama! Wir haben abends lieber auf der Terrasse als im Restaurant gegessen, um den Sonnenuntergang nicht zu verpassen. Wirklich schön, jeden Abend wieder. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, die Einrichtung des Hauses ist an manchen Stellen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Wunderbare Aussicht!

Der Aufenthalt in Haus Rita war wunderbar.Obwohl es im Juni sehr heiss war,wehte immer eine leichte Brise und war immer angenehm. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet,wobei sicher ein paar bequemere Stühle am grossen Esstisch ganz schön wären:). Dies ist der Platz für Leute,die einen Erholungsurlaub in einer ruhigen,wunderschönen Landschaft suchen.Ein Restaurant kann man fussläufig in 30 Minuten erreichen.Sehr zu empfehlen! Das Telefonsignal ist gut.

Wer die Ruhe liebt und eine staubige und holprige Anfahrt nicht scheut, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Grandiose Ausblicke auf die Umgebung, einziger Schwachpunkt ist die spartanische Küchenausstattung. Es hat zwar nichts gefehlt, aber der Zustand manchen Bestecks war bereits antiquarisch.

Perfekt!

Sehr herzlicher Empfang! Atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Küste und die vorgelagerten Inseln! Eine bessere Lage an der Costa Smeralda ist kaum vorstellbar. Das Haus ist sehr angenehm rustikal und mit viel Liebe zu Dekor und Detail eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort absolut wohl! Es fehlt an nichts. Schöne Schattenplätze im Garten und absolute Ruhe. Ein herrlicher Ort um Sardinien aus vollen Zügen zu genießen!!

Auf jeden Fall einen Wagen mieten.Die Unterkunft liegt gottseidank außerhalb von Lärm und Trubel. Ich habe mich so gut erholt wie lange nicht mehr. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Jederzeit wieder. Reisetipps: Siehe Google Maps. Alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.Strand, Hafen, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Capo d'Orso ca 5 kmMadalenen Inseln direkt gegenüber. Nuraghe-Burg und Tomba dei giganti ~ 30 km.Für jeden etwas dabei.

Haus mit wunderschöner Lage, aber schlechter Ausstattung

Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit super Blick auf das Maddalena-Archipel. Die Sauberkeit war leider sehr mäßig. Viele Elektrogeräte (Spülmaschine, Toaster, Lampen) waren an der Grenze zum Totalausfall. Die Terrasse ist bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung mangels Markise oder Sonnenschirm nicht benutzbar und es stehen nur zwei Liegen zur Verfügung. Aber sehr schöner schattiger Gartenbereich, in dem man sich bei Sonne aufhalten kann.

Der Urlaub in diesem herrlichen Haus, mit dem grandiosen Ausblick auf das Meer, war unvergleichlich schön. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einfach ein schöner liebenwerter Kontakt.Werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen! Reisetipps: Gut und preiswert einkaufen bei EuroSpin in Palau. Ein Besuch in Porto Cervo, bei den Reichen und Schönen, ist interresant.Tolle Yachten im Hafen, schmucke Lädchen namhafter Designer und Modeschöpfer im Ort.

Wundervolles und großzügiges Haus im sardischen Stil

Wir waren zu viert als Familie und hatten eine wundervolle Woche in dem herrlichen Anwesen. Sehr gut für alle, die Abstand vom Trubel in Palau suchen, Da das Haus abseits auf einem Hügel liegt, ist ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich.
