The property was very nice. Needed a car to get anywhere. If you're looking for quiet country villa this is a great place. Could have used more cooking dishes and towels. WiFi spotty.

Schöner, heißer Sommerurlaub
Ein wunderschönes Plätzchen in Italien. Wir haben einen sehr heißen Sommer dort verbracht. Der tolle, große Pool war unsere Rettung an den heißen Tagen. Auch der See ist fußnah erreichbar. Das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, war eine Klimaanlage oder ein Ventilator.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr groß und geräumig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

appartement l'orto e le rose
Magnifique appartement au 1er étage. J'ai juste dit à la propriétaire que certaine choses pouvait être mieux pour le standing de l'appart. Trop peu d'ustensiles de cuisines. Il n'y avait presque pas de couverts. Peu de réserve en casseroles. La planche de la toile était fendue. De bêtes choses qui devraient être améliorées pour recevoir les hôtes correctement. Pour le reste, l'appart est vraiment superbe. Belle espace, belle terrasse, superbe jardin hyper bien entretenu avec une belle piscine

Mooi appartement, een beetje kaal van inrichting, kan wat gezelliger gemaakt worden. Vriendelijke eigenaars die je bijna nooit ziet. (ze wonen er, maar laten u volledig gerust). Prachtige wandelingen, ver van de straat (rustig) maar toch gemakkelijk om naar Bolsena te gaan. Een aanrader.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und neuwertig eingerichtet und liegt wunderschön im Grünen mit einem tollen, sehr gepflegten Pool. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und großzügig eingerichtet. Landschaft und Natur sind atemberaubend schön. Es gibt rein gar nichts, was ich zur Hilfe und Verbesserung zu bemängeln hätte. Hinfahren und wohlfühlen.

Nous avons été très bien accue...
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire des lieux qui loge à proximité.L'appartement est propre et suffisamment spacieux pour 6 personnes avec une très belle vue sur le lac de Bolsena.Les équipements sont récents pour la plupart; néanmoins un micro onde serait le bienvenu. La pression d'eau était fluctuante.La grande piscine est très bien entretenue.Le débit du Wifi est excellent.Un chemin piétonnier permet à partir de la location d'aller jusqu'au village de Bolsena (3km).Enfin, pas de nuisance à constater lors de notre séjour. Conseils de voyage: Bolséna est un petit village médiéval plein de charme avec son chateau et le lac à proximité. Ce n'est pas le point le plus stratégique pour partir visiter les grands centres touristiques italiens. Néanmoins des villes telles que Arezzo, Pérouse, Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, et bien d'autres encore restent accessible en ballade sur la journée.
