Beautiful, rustic, comfortable country house "Iacopo", 150 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and fields. 4 km from the centre of Montecatini Terme, 30 km from the centre of Lucca, 50 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, sunny position on a slope, 55 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: table tennis. Private: large terraced garden, 2 ha with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, swimming pool fenced (9 x 4 m, depth 110 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: sauna, steam room, hot tub (all extra). 400 m long narrow motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Montecatini Terme" 4 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 55 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Local sale of farm products. Attention: The Spa is located in the farmhouse at about 300 m. Restaurant at the farmhouse open one day a week.

Electric heating, air-conditioning. Patio. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Beautiful distant view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house.
