Parking (for 2 cars) at 40 m. Shop 500 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 6.1 km, pebble beach 28 km.
4-room house 65 m2 on 2 levels. Living room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Forced-air heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Haus Paula

Nettes, gemütliches Haus in der Mitte Istriens. Alle interessanten Ortschaften gut erreichbar. Gut ausgestattetes Haus. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Freundliche Vermieter gleich gegenüber. Komplett eingezäunt, so dass Hunde frei laufen können. Schöner Pool mit bequemen Liegen. Wir haben uns dort mit unserem Hund im Spätsommer sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der schönste Urlaub

Wir haben schon das 2. mal im Haus Paula Urlaub gemacht. Unsere Vermieter sind unheimlich nett. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten waren sehr gut. Man konnte super schlafen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Unser kleiner Hund hatte auch viel Spaß und war auch wilkommen. Wir waren richtig glücklich uns so gut zu erholen. Vielen Dank an die Familie T.!  Vielen Dank sagt Familie S. und Mäxchen

Aangenaam vakantiewoning

Zeer mooi verzorgd huisje. Wij verbleven er 14 dagen met 2 kinderen. Ideale uitvalbasis om istrie te verkennen, zeer centraal. De eigenaars wonen er recht tegenover en zijn heel vriendelijk. We hadden een klein probleempje met de airco, maar op een uur was het opgelost door hun snelle reactie . Zeker een aanrader! Wij hebben een uitstekende vakantie gehad.

Lebensretter

Wir,vier Erwachsene und zwei kleine Hunde haben unseren Urlaub im Holiday House Paula bei großer Hitze,aber dank Air Conditioner,sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern u.a.ist hervorzuheben die Aufmerksamkeit des Hausherren, er hat unseren sehr kleinen Hund vor dem ertrinken gerettet. Danke,danke,danke. Die Stolperfallen,etwas wenig Geschirr sind als Manko zu bemängeln.

Prachtige woning

Erholsam und ruhig

Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, liegt ruhig. Wenn man das Meer nicht direkt vor der Haustür braucht, dann ist es hier wirklich toll zu entspannen. Für Familien und Hundebesitzer eine tolle Unterkunft. Schöne Wege im Hinterland für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen.

Da das Haus sehr zentral im Inland liegt, sind die Küstengebiete in jede Richtung gut erreichbar uns somit kann man viel Sehenswertes abdecken. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt gegenüber und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Einzige, was uns sehr gestört hat, waren die Katzen die ständig auf dem Grundstück herrumliefen. Wenn man nicht aufgepasst hat, sind sie ins Haus gelau

Schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man täglich braucht und ein zentraler Ausgangangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten, z.B. Zipline, Höhle Pazin, Wasserfall Pazin, oder das Meer in ca. 30 km Entfernung. Super Pool und nette Vermieter.

Empfehlenswert

Leider war das große Bett in der ersten Etage nicht so gut. Trotz nachjustieren des Vermieters knarrte es schon bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Die angegebene Mikrowelle war nicht vorhanden

Das Bett ist aus Holz, es ist ein qualitatives Bett, es kann jedoch ab und zu knarren, bitte entschuldigen Sie die Unannehmlichkeit. Die Fahrten nach Rovinj oder P...

Reisetipps: Die Fahrten nach Rovinj oder Pazin dauern über die Hauptstraßen doppelt so lange wie über die kleinen Dörfer vor allem der Weg nach Rovinj über Kankanar ist deutlich kürzer
