Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (24 m2, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Apr. - 21.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, volleyball, badminton, volleyball court, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide). In the house: internet access, sauna, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 5.1 km, pebble beach 4.5 km, rocky beach 4.5 km.
6-room house 140 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 french bed. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed (180 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. When booking is for maximum 6 people, the first floor remains closed. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with entrance door to the shower/WC and sauna. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

Perfekt für befreundete Familien

alles sauber, Einrichtung modern, schöner Garten, Vermieter freundlich und Kontakt per SMS problemlos, Außenrollos vorhanden, 2 seperate Wohnungen optimal für zwei Familien- schwer zu finden, schöne Terasse, Bäcker/verschiedene Strände/ Restaurants im Umkreis von 4,5-7km ca. super, ruhig und keinen stören etwas lautere Kinder ;-), Lage für uns perfekt im ruhigen Osten Istriens gerade auch mit Hund. Medulin/ Pula/ Fazana/ Rabac mit dem Auto gut erreichbar 25-35km.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren 5 Kinder (Alter von 7 bis 14 Jahre) und 4 Erwachsene. Das Haus ist sehr schön mit einem großen Pool und Whirlpool. Der Garten und die Grillstelle war auch super. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine Menge Spaß ohne auf die Lautstärke achten zu müssen. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen aber die Strände und Einkaufsmärkte sind Mut Auto gut zu erreichen. Tipp "Franckies Beachbar" dort ist der schönste Steand. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Haus scheint in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Elektrogeräte, z.B. Kaffeemaschine, defekt. Die Sicherung des Herdes springt bei Benutzung von drei Kochplatten heraus. Außenbeleuchtung teilweise defekt. Mobiliar veraltet, aber ok. Feuchtigkeit im Haus sichtbar/riechbar. Das Grundstück ist in Ordnung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht.

Perfekter Urlaub, sehr nette Gastgeber, tolles Haus und Grundstück

Wir sind als Gruppe verreist, mit sieben Personen. Das Haus war dafür perfekt mit den zwei getrennten Wohnungen. Alles Super ausgestattet. Haben uns dort alle sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Pool war ein Traum, die Liegen waren super. Alles total sauber und aufgeräumt. In beiden Wohnungen gibt es Waschmaschinen. Im EG auch eine Spülmaschine. Der Außenbereich mit verschiedenen Sitzecken und dem Grillbereich ist perfekt gestaltet. Es waren ein Kicker, Federballschläger, Fußballtor und Bälle vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Pula ohne Ende vorhanden und man ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell dort. Das Meer in der näheren Umgebung und die kleinen Buchten waren ein Traum. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft für entspannten Gruppenurlaub

Sehr nette Vermieter, toller Pool, sauberes Haus, ruhige Lage (allerdings auch etwas abgelegen, da kein Bäcker, Supermarkt oder Restaurant fußläufig zu erreichen ist), keine direkten Nachbarn (es hat keinen gestört, wenn die Musik abends mal etwas lauter war), es gab nur 8 Pool-Liegen statt der im Internet beschriebenen 12....
