Private: property 400 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees. Terrace (35 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 700 m, supermarket 10 km, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "Cecina Mare" 14 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km.
"Erbe", 3-room house 85 m2. Renovated in 2009, rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Sfeervol huis met ruime overdekte terrassen, prachtige locatie, stilte in tuin, fraaie begroeiing met veel privacy,op loopafstand (10 min.) van centrum dorp. Inrichting keuken en kwaliteit tweepersoonsbed "Italiaans". Leuk dorp met wat kleine winkels, cafe en restaurants. Mooie omgeving, goeie wandelmogelijkheden. Verhuurders erg vriendelijk.

Nettes Haus mit Verbesserungspotential

Das Haus liegt ruhig unterhalb von Montescudario. Vom Meerblick keine Spur. Ausblick ist generell etwas eingeschränkt. Badezimmer ist relativ neu. Allerdings ist die Dusche nicht richtig abgedichtet. So setzt man das Badezimmer meist ein wenig unter Wasser. Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns trotz kleiner Mängel sehr wohl gefühlt. Mückenspray für einen gemütlichen Abend auf der Terasse nicht vergessen. Achtung: Wildschweine sind jeden Abend unterwegs.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Ferienhaus Casa Erbe. Es ist im Gegensatz zu anderen Ferienhäusern in Italien geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch neu oder renoviert. Es liegt sehr ruhig am Berg und hat einen sehr schönen Garten mit Olivenbäumen, Rosmarin und Feigen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht richtig, was uns bei dem schönen Wetter aber nicht störte. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei der Abreise funktionierte auch nicht gut, wir mussten über 2 Stunden warten. Trotzdem sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Alles was lt. Beschreibung vor...

Alles was lt. Beschreibung vorhanden sein sollte, war auch da (bis auf die 3 deutschen TV–Sender, aber es wurde Abhilfe geschaffen!). Am Ortsrand gelegen und trotzdem Lebensmittel, Restaurant etc. in Laufnähe. Durch die Lage sehr ruhig und umgeben von Natur – sehr angenehm. Der gemauerte Grill wurde von uns gerne genutzt. Die Ansprechpartnerin war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und telefonisch immer erreichbar. Als angenehm empfanden wir auch, dass unser Pkw mit auf dem Grundstück stand. Reisetipps: Wir warendas erstmal zu dieser Jahreszeit in der Toskana und empfanden es als sehr angenehm, dass es nicht so heiß war. In den Städt(ch)en war der erste Trubel schon vorbei, so dass es kein Problem war einen Parkplatz zu finden und man konnte in Ruhe die Atmosphäre genießen.

schön ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit charmanter Einrichtung und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus inmitten von Oliven und Feigenbäumen. Nachbarn sind hörbar , aber nicht störend.Die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind klasse ( es gab seeeehr viele Schnaken), auch der großzügige Wäscheservice.Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht – wir haben uns wohlgefühlt !

Schön eingerichtet, mit Liebe...

Schön eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail, alles sauber; nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die gut englisch spricht.Man lebt mitten in der Natur, mit toller Terrasse und schönem Garten. Die angebrachten und auch zu öffnenden Fliegengitter / Mückengitter tun ihre Dienste.Statt Kaffeemaschine gibt es Espressokocher für den Gasherd: schmeckt und macht Spaß!Nachbarn sind in der Nähe, aber doch weit genug entfernt, um für sich alleine zu sein.In den eigentlichen Ort ist es nur einen kleinen Spaziergang weit. Das Dorf ist in seinem Kern z.T. sehr alt und sehenswert; ebenso die Aussicht z.B. vom Kirchplatz. Reisetipps: Cecina Mare ist ein toller Strand; man sollte, wenn man es etwas einsamer und rustikaler liebt, etwas weiter nach Süden hinaus fahren.Die bekannten Städte wie Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und natürlich alle großartig; wer viele Touristen sehen mag, fährt mal nach Pisa (das aber eine schöne und nicht ganz so überlaufene Innenstadt hat).Uns hat aber am besten das weniger besuchte Volterra gefallen. Tolle Anfahrt!Sehr interessante alte Gebäude, viele schöne Läden, tolles Museum für Archäologie.Schön ist auch das von Cecina nur einige Kilometer entfernte Bolgheri.Mit dem Zug erreicht man in ca. 3 Stunden Rom: voll und voller unübertroffener Kulturdenkmäler.
