Great location

Loved Riva del Garda. Apartment was in a good location close to a Co-op open 7 days and the lake with a nice walk into the centre. Staff good and nice to have a pool. Was expecting the apartment to be dated but was very tired with unusable dining chairs, luckily we could eat on the balcony all week. Kitchen could have been better equipped. For example it had no corkscrew or wine glasses. We were unlucky with our neighbours for first few days whose balcony was adjacent.

Thank you for your feedback. This property is equipped with basic tableware essentials liked plates, glass and cutlery, but wine glasses are not provided. Although you can contact the keyholder, who can assist on the spot for immediate resolve if required. The dining chairs are a bit worn but still usable.

abgewohnte Wohnung

Vorfreude auf den geliebten Italien-Urlaub abrupt zu Ende... Eingangstür ließ sich nur nach vielen Versuchen (sowohl von innen als auch außen) öffnen, da das Schloß hakte. Mobiliar in allen Räumen sehr stark abgenutzt, bzw durch selbst gebaute Spanplattenschränke ergänzt. Auch die Küchenmöbel waren alt und ungepflegt. Die Dunstabzugshaube seit Jahren nicht mehr gereinigt - der Filter war dick mit Staubpartikeln gefüllt. Der Kühlschrank ohne Einrichtung und auch ohne Klappe für das Gefrierfach wurde wohl als Ersatzteil in die Küchenzeile gestellt. Ansonsten die Küche minimalistisch ausgestattet. Im kleinen Bad gab es WC, Bidet, 1 Waschbecken und eine kleine Dusche, die man ungern benutzte, weil im unteren Bereich alle Ecken schwarz...Wasser lief sowohl im Duschbereich als auch im Waschbecken nur sehr, sehr langsam ab, dafür schoß das Wasser im WC beim Spülgang über die Toilettenbrille. Haken für Handtücher für 4 Personen: Fehlanzeige. Betten waren nicht schlaffördernd (Hängematratzen). Im Kinderzimmer Spanplatten unter den Matratzen. Die Außenanlagen waren ganz in Ordnung - Pool groß und sauber. Einstiegsleitern zum Pool jedoch beide ungenügend befestigt und dadurch mehr als wackelig. Parkflächen ausreichend vorhanden.

Leider enttäuschend

wir haben uns für die Unterkunft entschieden, da uns die Bilder auf der Website präsentiert wurden, gefallen hatten. Jedoch war die Unterkunft in Wirklichkeit ein in die Jahre gekommenes Apartmenthaus. Die Möbel waren stark abgelebt und z.T. auch defekt. Für den Preis, welchen wir für die 14 Tage gezahlt haben, wurden wir mehr als enttäuscht. Das Personal, welches das Apartmenthaus betreut, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig

TV-Gerät vor Ort ohne Funktion. Wurde von den sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Hausverwaltern umgehend mit neuem Gerät ersetzt. Wohnung an sich mit Funktionsmängeln Handtuchhalter auf Balkon defekt. Rollläden quitschen sehr laut. Fußboden Parkett beschädigt. Außen-Fenster veraltet und nur einfach verglast....keine Wärmedämmung trotz Rollo. Spartanische und abgenutzte Möbel und Küchenausstattung. Pool in Ordnung, könnte allerdings sauberer sein. Toilettendeckel locker.

Super gelegen und freundlich

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen. Kurzer Fußmarsch zum See. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft lässt beim Schallschutz zu wünschen übrig. Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern sind immer zu hören, genauso wie die Toilettenspülungen.

Positif : Très belle résidence située au calme . Piscine de 25 m., fauteuils et ombre en suffisance pour tous. Personnel de la résidence super aimable et serviable. Appartement très chaud mais le personnel nous a fourni un ventilateur. Négatif : le volet de la porte donnant sur la terrasse ne descendait pas ( cassé). Pas de lumière au salon d'où impossibilité de lire le soir dans le canapé très très peu de vaisselle : pas de bol à céréales, pas de grandes tasses à thé,2 verres à vin pour 4. ..
