Beautiful fisherman's house "Skärvudde Torpet". 7 km from the centre of Kalvsvik, 35 km from the centre of Växjö, 200 m from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 2'000 m2. Bathing jetty. Private: property 600 m2. Available: canoe, boat (extra). Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 7 km, supermarket 32 km, bus stop 7.2 km, railway station "Växjö" 35 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 180 km, sandy beach 7 km, lake Åsnen 200 m. Fishing possibilities 200 m. Please note: fishing [permit required] (extra). The owner lives on the same property.
"Skärvudde Torpet", 2-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) open living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit Seeblick, aber leider mussten wir erst einmal nach der Ankunft 3 Stunden eine Grundreinigung durchführen. Zum Abschluss mussten wir 300 SK mehr bezahlen für das Boot und den Motor.

Wir hatten Wespen im Haus und ...

Wir hatten Wespen im Haus und ich habe eine Wespenallergie... Innerhalb von 2 Stunden haben wir 15 (!!) Wespen erlegt. Die Wespen sind durch die Holzwand und aus dem Lüfter im Bad gekommen. Ich habe den Vermieter auf die Gefahr hingewiesen. Er hat dann nach 3 Tagen mit einem Spray versucht, die Tiere zu vernichten. Wir hatten einen ganzen Tag Ruhe, dann ging es wieder los. Im anderen Haus bestand dieses Problem nicht. Das muss unbedingt behoben werden, das haben wir ihm auch gesagt. Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern der Horror. Reisetipps: Växjö
