Tolle Unterkunft für ihren Preis

Wundervolle Aussicht vom Balkon direkt auf den See. Dieser ist auch innerhalb von 3min zu Fuß erreichbar, auch eine Busstation liegt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer ist klein aber ausreichend. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, kein Toilettenpapier, Spüli, Schwamm, Müllbeutel, dafür gute Töpfe und scharfe Messer. Die Unterkunft ist günstig, dafür muss man beim Check-out noch Extra für Handtücher und Reinigung zahlen (dies war aber vorher bekannt). Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft für ihren Preis!

Die Casa Maria liegt leicht am Berg, hat - wichtig am See - ausreichend Parkplätze und einen wunderschönen Blick direkt auf den Lago. Bus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände, Tauchen, SUPen und Surfen in direkter Nähe und herrliche Wanderwege ins Monte Baldo Gebiet gehen direkt vom Hotel ab. Durch die Lage trotz Seenähe ruhig.

Schöne Lage, tolle Aussicht, reizende Gastgeber

Die Casa Maria liegt herrlich etwas am Berg mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf den See, dennoch ist man in 5 Min am Strand. Familiär und mit viel Liebe geführtes Haus, die Apartments sind einfach aber haben alles was man für schöne Ferien braucht. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Super Parkplätze, am See nie zu verachten, und die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, so dass man sein Auto nach Ankunft eigentlich nicht mehr bewegen muss. Ornella und ihre Familie sind sehr herzliche und zugewandte Gastgeber.

Zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Toller Brötchenservice. Der viele „Staub“ in den Ecken war nicht so toll. Der Inhalt der Besteckschublade könnte teilweise (Unbrauchbares) vom Flohmarkt stammen.

Das Appartement war klein aber schöne Terrasse vorhanden

Der Blick von der Terrasse war wunderschön und zum Glück gab es auch eine Markise und Fenster und Türläden, denn es war sehr heiß. Die Einrichtung war wegen der Größe zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Gestört hat uns der Lärm von der Straße, es war mit unter sehr laut.

Der Blick auf den See ist Phantastisch. Brötchen-Service inklusive. Das Zimmer war zu staubig. Daher nur 3 Sterne in der gesamten Wertung.

Lage der Wohnung sehr schön.Aber wenn etwas als Ferienwohnung ausgegeben wird sollte zumindest ein Grund Equipment an Essbesteck ( Gabeln , Messer ,Löffeln usw. vorhanden sein .Dies war nicht der Fall Bettwäsche und Handtücher mussten extra bezahlt werden .Ok , bei zwei Sternen kann man nichts Hochwertiges erwarten .Die Ausstattung , na ja !!! Als Übernachtungs Quartier ausreichend !

Es war zwar angegeben dass es ein kostenloses Wlan gibt...leider war der Empfang so schlecht dass wir in unserem Zimmer kein Wlan hatten:/ Die Dusche konnte man leider nicht richtig bedienen...entweder sie war so kalt dass man gefroren hatte oder zu heiß dass man sich verbrennt. Dass waren aber die einzigen zwei Mangel! Sonst war alles sehr super! Würden dort auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr nochmak hinreise !

Vorweg: Super ist es, dass die Ferienwohnung ganz leicht zu finden war, da sie sehr gut ausgeschildert ist! Die Unterkunft an sich ist sauber, zweckmäßig und einfach und im Urlaub, wo normalerweise viele Unternehmungen gemacht werden, völlig ausreichend.Intensive Toilettenspülung im Bad, daher am besten mit geschlossenem Deckel spülen. Der Ausblick auf den See ist natürlich klasse. Das Personal an der Rezeption war äußerst freundlich und zugleich auch dezent und sprach gut Deutsch. Allgemein sehr touristenfreundliche Umgebung. Spartanische Ausstattung, aber das nötigste ist vorhanden. Sehr kleines Bad. Durchgelegene Betten. Schöne Sicht auf den See (gibt aber auch Zimmer ohne Seeblick). Verkehr hörbar aber nicht laut.
