For shared use: property 12'000 m2 with meadow. Children's playground (swing, sandbox), petting farm. In the complex: WiFi, table tennis, trampoline. Parking. Supermarket 13 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Verchen Gemeinde" 750 m, railway station "Demmin" 14 km, sandy beach "Kummerower See" 100 m. The owner does not accept any groups. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example.
4-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living room with dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

Idealer Familienurlaub mit Hund

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was im Haus so benötigt wird. Reichlich Platz, auch im Freien. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Der See ist leider zu unserer Reisezeit sehr algenreich gewesen. Für den kleinen Hunger gibt es 2 Imbissbuden.

Ein super Kurzurlaub. Mittwoch...

Ein super Kurzurlaub. Mittwochs gebucht und samstags dort, einfach unkompliziert. Danke an die Dame am Telefon Das Haus war schön eingerichtet. Mit zwei Hunden kein Problem. Der See ist herrlich, die Zugvögel hatten sich gesammelt zum Weiterfliegen. War schön das Spektakel anzusehen und zu hören. Reisetipps: Stralsund, Müritzer Bauernmarkt in Klink, Greifswald und Neubrandenburg mehr haben wir nicht geschafft. Die Städte sind sehr schön.Der Bauernmarkt ist was zum Stöbern und für den Gaumen.Rügen ist nicht weit entfernt, das holen wir das nächste Mal nach.

Schöne Lage, Ausstattung gut

Der Ferienpark ist gepflegt, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Terasse und Außenbereich segr gut. Für kleinere Kinder ein toller Spielplatz im Park.
