Manor house "Panzalla", detached, surrounded by fields and vineyards. 6 apartments in the residence. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 4 km from the centre of San Polo in Chianti, 16 km from the centre of Impruneta, 23 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property, terraced garden with flowers and trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 07.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: reception, internet access, WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). 2 km long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bakery 4 km, bus stop "San Polo in Chianti" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: Greve in Chianti 20 km, Radda in Chianti 38 km, San Gimignano 58 m, Siena 75 m, Arezzo 65 m. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, baby equipment (included). Der Garten und der Pool waren sehr schön, auch die Ferienwohnung war stilvoll eingerichtet, lediglich die Küche war etwas klein und altmodisch. Leider gab es dort nur an wenigen Tagen ein Speiseangebot vor Ort zum Abend und deshalb musste man einen sehr holperigen Weg über mehrer Kilometer täglich zum nächsten Ort fahren. Die umgebende Landschaft war aber hinreißend

Tolle Unterkunft

Im Ferienhaus war alles vorhanden, die Ausstattung gefiel mir persönlich sehr gut. Die Betten sehr bequem und es war sauber. Die Anlage wunderschön mit einem tollen Ausblick über die Gegend (Chianti).Am Pool gab es genügend Liege- und Schattenplätze. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kritik gibt es nur für den Schotterweg und für die unbeliebten Mücken. Man sollte ein gutes Auto und ein gutes Mückenmittel dabei haben. Man kann sich dort sehr gut erholen/ entschleunigen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, toller Ausblick, super Garten, leider etwas abgelegen und und ein Stück zu fahren. Sehr freundlicher und netter Vermieter. Wer Ruhe möchte ist genau richtig!

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig.Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Der Vermieter kocht am Wochenende auf Wunsch für die Gäste auf hohem Niveau. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal.

Pro nás jedna z nejkrásnějších dovolených. Naprosto úžasné místo, ze kterého je vidět celé údolí, poloha pro výlety do okolí optimální. S ubytováním jsem byli spokojení. Rádi se sem ještě někdy podíváme.

Da ein etwa 2 Km langer Schott...

Da ein etwa 2 Km langer Schotterweg, der sehr viel Staub aufwirbelt, zum Haus führt ist nicht jedes Auto hierfür geeignet. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Der Pool könnte etwas größer sein. Zum Abkühlen reicht er aber allemal. Die Wohnung wirkt dunkel, die Betten könnten eine bessere Matratze vertragen und der Fernseher, altes kleines Röhrengerät, müsste modernisiert werden. Auch eine neue Kaffeemaschine wäre angebracht. Rund herum könnte die Anlage etwas mehr gepflegter sein. das alles sind aber Dinge mit denen man gut leben–urlauben kann, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Wohnung recht günstig ist. Der Vermieter Stephano ist nett und behilflich, wenn es Probleme gibt. Wir hatten uns einen Reifen platt gefahren. Reisetipps: Beim Vermieter kann Fr. und Sa. auf Vorbestellung gegessen werden. 20 € pro Person plus humane Getränkepreise. Ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne ruhige abgelegende...

Sehr schöne ruhige abgelegende Ferienwohnung mitten im Grünen, mit Blick auf San Polo di Chanti, die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wir konnten uns dort sehr gut erholen, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und spricht Deutsch, von ihm gab es Hauswein für kleines Geld, dazu Hausgemachte Pizza in der Größe eines Kuchenblechs, sehr lecker, die Anlage wird stehts gepflegt. Anfahrt ist über ein Schotterweg, nichts für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge. Reisetipps: wer Florenz mit den Auto besuchen möchte, empfehle Piazza Cesare Beccaria Parkhaus, von dort ist man schnell in der City, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in San Polo in Chanti gibt es ein kleine Coop Laden, wir sind nach Figline Valdarno gefahren, dort befindet sich ein grosser Coopmarkt, mit verträglichen Preisen
