Große Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Wohnung ist groß und hat eine riesige Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick. Leider bellen nachts ständig Hunde in der Nachbarschaft und auch der Hahn kräht jeden Morgen lautstark ab 5.00Uhr. Die Einrichtung ist nicht neu, aber noch ganz ok. Das Wifi ist viel zu schwach und reicht gerade für wenige Meter. Mückenschutz an den Fenstern waren vorhanden. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Manchmal war es auf der Dachterrasse sehr windig und es gab keinen Windschutz. Die Matratzen sind abgängig.

The apartment was simply perfect for us! Fantastic view, excellent hosts and a close proximity to both Florence and Siena - all this makes a perfect combination for a great holiday stay in Toscana.

The view is amazing ! 300 deg...

The view is amazing ! 300 degrees of beautiful Tuscan countryside. Great location on the edge of the lovely little hilltown of San Donato in Poggio. There are 4 excellent restaurants within walking distance – no need to drive after a bottle of Chianti! Bedrooms are comfortable, although one has closets in the hall. There were no basics supplied (empty hand soap bottles, partial roll of t.p. and paper towels, used sponges, etc.) so that was our first shopping trip. Just a few details like that would have made it perfect! Traveller tips: Excellent restaurants in San Donato. You can see San Gimignano from the terrace – go for a visit but get there early. Siena always lovely – allow time for parking. Florence a big disappointment due to crowds – make sure you know where to park outside the city and book any visits to Duomo or museums ahead. It is like Disneyland. Thank goodness we had been there in quieter times. Castellina, Radda, Greve, Panzano, Volpaia and Volterra worth visiting. Wineries abound. Visit the Ghiott biscotti/chocolate factory just outside Sambuca to taste lots of goodies and sip an espresso. Great location !

In der Unterkunft haben wir un...

In der Unterkunft haben wir uns mit 4 Erwachsenen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen, bis auf einen. Für deutsche Urlauber wäre es wünschenwert, dass eine Kaffeemaschine angekündigt und auch vorhanden ist und nicht ein kleiner espresso maker. Vielleicht sollte dies aus der Beschreibung von InterChalet heraus genommen werden. Die Wohnung ist absolute Spitze und wir würden jederzeit nochmal einen Urlaub dort verbringen wollen. Neben der zu erwarteten Einrichtung waren auch Putz– und Spülmittel vorhanden. Also alles Spitze Reisetipps: Der kleine Ort San Donato in Poggio liegt ideal in der Toskana um Ausflüge in die sehenswerten Städte zu untenehmen. So haben wir mit unserem Miet–PKW nicht nur Florenz und Siena sondern auch Pisa und Lucca (Geburtsort von Puccini), Volterra, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti und Certaldo besucht. Außerdem haben wir spontan einen Tagesausflug nach San Marino unternommen. Da wir aus früheren Besuchen Montalcino (Brunello) und Montepulciano kannten, haben wir hierauf zu Gunsten San Marino verzichtet. Wer genügend Zeit und auch Lust zum Autofahren hat, sollte einen Besuch in die Maremma über Grosseto unternehmen. Dies ist kein Strandurlaub zum Ausruhen sondern eine Möglichkeit eine Region zu erkunden und zu besichtigen.

Eine, tolle große Wohnung mit ...

Eine, tolle große Wohnung mit einer riesigen Terrasse. Alles ist vorhanden, die Vermieter wohnen darunter. Parkplatz für Autos ist im umzäunten Grundstück. Sehr freundliche und nette Vermieter. Der defekte Fernseher wurde noch am gleichen Tag ersetzt!! Hier können wir nur Empfehlungen aussprechen.Im Ort gibt es sehr gute Restaurants. COOP und ein Metzger, 1 Alimentari, man kommt zurecht. Blick auf San Gimignano morgens von der Terrasse wenn es von der Sonne beschienen wird. Fernglas ist ganz wichtig. Reisetipps: San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Pisa, Florenz, Weingüter jede Menge und immer gut zum Kleinigkeiten essen und Wein verkosten. Toskana super–super–super.

Aardige eigenaren die ons de mogelijkheid boden om al vroeger in het appartement te gaan. Alles in het appartement was keurig onderhouden met voldoende handdoeken voor 5 personen. De foto's geven zeker de werkelijkheid weer. Zeer ruim opgezette heerlijke woonkeuken met alle benodigde apparatuur om te bakken en te koken. Een geweldig terras met betoverende uitzichten en een prachtige zonsondergang. Wanneer je de straat oversteekt, loop je zo het stadje in waar je je in de Middeleeuwen waant. Keurig onderhouden straatjes en een aantal hele leuke gezellige restaurantjes waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Dringende tip om vooraf te reserveren. Het dorp lijkt overdag 'uitgestorven', maar 's avonds blijken er heel veel mensen uit eten te gaan waardoor je de kans loop pas laat te kunnen eten en/of binnen te moeten zitten. Zeker als je met een groter gezelschap bent. Reistips: Een mooie lokatie vanwaaruit je bekende en minder bekende steden en stadjes in Toscane kunt bezoeken. Het huren van eenauto is dan ook een aanrader. Van de supermarkt in het dorp hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt. Dus daar hebben we geen oordeel over. In Poggibonsi, iets meer dan een kwartiertje rijden richting Siena zijn twee grote supermarkten: PAM en De Lidl.

Super Wohnung mit großer Terra...

Super Wohnung mit großer Terrasse und toller Aussicht nach Westen über die Hügel der Toskana. Sauber und bestens ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Sehr nette Vermieter. Mittelalterliches Dorf mit Trattorien/Restaurants, Pizzeria und Bars. Einkauf im Supermarkt am Rande des Dorfes. Reisetipps: San Donato liegt ideal, um Ausflüge zu untenehmen. Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano und Monteriggioni sind schnell zu erreichen. Selbst Arezzo, Cortona und die Maremma waren mit 1.5 Std. machbar.Wir haben mehrere Weingüter und Pecorino–Erzeuger besucht und einen Kochkurs mit der Familie gemacht.

Die schönste Ferienwohnung wo ich bis jetzt residiert habe!

Eine sehr großzügige,sehr gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Wohnung.Sehr geräumige Wohn,Schlaf und Badezimmern,eine große Küche mit alles was man braucht.Eine rissige Terrasse (130 qm) mit einem Traum blick über die Hügeln von Toscana.Wir haben auf die Terrasse gefrühstückt und sogar gegrillt. Wir sind zwei Ehepaaren gewesen und fast jeden Abend haben wir Rummy gespielt in das kleine Casino (ein extra raum mit ein spiel Tisch und Bar ).Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit,stets erreichbar für fragen unseren seits, aber auch zurückhaltend obwohl Sie in den selben Haus in Erdgeschoss gewohnt hat ,wir haben trotzdem unsere privat Sphäre.Das San Donato in Poggio ist auch sehr gut gelegen für jemanden der Orte wie : Siena,San Gimignano,Volterra besichtigen will,oder in Richtung Süden die berühmte Toskanische Weine Kosten mag in Chianti Straße,oder Montalcino und Montepulciano.Also,wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und der Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt Hunderprozentig.
