Beautiful, comfortable chalet "Les Clarines", 1'650 m a.s.l., 2 storeys. 900 m from the centre of Grimentz, on the outskirts, 25 km from the centre of Sierre, 100 km from the centre of Montreux, in a sunny position in the residential district, 700 m from the skiing area. Private: natural state property. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying room. 900 m long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage. Supermarket 900 m, bus stop "Carovilla" 900 m, railway station "Sierre" 25 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Ski lift, slopes, ski school 700 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In winter, shuttle bus serving the cable car stations, 100 metres away.
"Les Clarines", 4-room chalet 100 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, dining nook, cable TV and radio. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC, shower. Electric heating. Balcony, south facing position and, east facing position, small terrace, south facing position. Balcony furniture, box-room. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (1 car), height 180 cm. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Well equipped chalet in great location

The chalet has everything you need to cook, in a good location (short walk into the centre) and a garage for parking (fitted an estate car). Very spacious for 4 ppl (sleeps 6) will 2 showers and toilets. Very comfy beds and very clean.

Een echte aanrader!

We hebben een week in dit huisje verbleven met 5 personen. Het huisje was heel proper. De keuken was goed uitgerust, de kamers waren ruim en fris. Ook het terras was gezellig en had een mooi uitzicht.

Mooi uitzicht en goede locatie.

Ruim huis voor 4 personen en een hond. Ik zou het i.v.m. de grootte niet aanbevelen voor 6 volwassenen, ondanks de 2 douches, 2 WC’s, wat natuurlijk wel ideaal is. Mooie locatie net boven het dorp, afstand tot supermarkt is goed te lopen. In het dorp 2 bergbanen, wat wandelmogelijkheden geeft. (Wandel)Uitstapjes in de buurt te maken, maar ook verder weg genoeg te bezichtigen. In het historische dorp zijn allerlei activiteiten (in het Frans) voor toeristen.

Chalet met prachtig uitzicht

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Gelegen iets boven het mooie dorp Grimentz, ideaal voor een wandelvakantie in de zomer. Alle comfort voorzien in het huis. Bij mooi weer aangenaam zitten op het terras met schitterend uitzicht.
