Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises, single garage. Shop 150 m, bus stop 700 m, pebble beach 600 m.
3-room house 45 m2, on the ground floor. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 small room, without wardrobe with 2 beds. 1 small room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Tap water does not have the quality of drinking water.

So gemütlich

Super nette Vermieter, die zwar kein deutsch oder englisch sprechen aber ganz liebe Leute. Es war sauber und perfekt. Liebe Nachbarn außen rum und jeder war hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Strand und in die City war auch perfekt. Wer es einfach liebt und ohne viel Schnickschnack ist hier gut aufgehoben. Leider ist nächstes Jahr schon zu unserer Wunschzeit ausgebucht sonst wären wir gleich wieder da gewesen.

Sehr schöner Bungalow mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Garage und sehr schön hergerichtet Grundstück mit zus.PKW Abstellplatz. Reisetipps: Stadt Zadar mit seinen vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Ein kleines, schönes Häusschen . Sehr nette und taktvolle Inhaberin.zur Thema Ausrüstung: Badezimmer schon etwas veraltet, Duschen muss man in der wanne, ist etwas unbequem. Terrassen liegen gibt es zwar 2x , sind aber defekt. Zur Thema Lautstärke, es ist nicht so laut wie manche es hier ausdrücken, wenn man totale stille braucht soll nicht im Hochsommer kommen, oder anderes ziel aussuchen. Es ist ein Urlaubsort, da gibts auch andere Urlauber. Preis–Leistungs–Verhältnis ist OK. Reisetipps: Stadt Zadar Ist Ansehenswert .Auf der Insel : Ruine Kastalina , Leuchtturm Laterna und die Klippen .
