In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1.3 km, pebble beach 5 km. Marina 5 km, children's playground 200 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
5-room house 115 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed, shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds, shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Wir waren bereits das 2. mal in dieser Unterkunft. Weil wir dieses mal auf den letzten Drücker gebucht haben, war leider nur noch eine Woche verfügbar. Uns fehlt es in dieser Unterkunft an nix. Es ist sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind total nett + sehr freundlich. Zu der Familie des Vermieters gehört auch ein kleiner Hund namens Grom, dass war für unsere kleine Tochter immer das absolute Highlight wenn er sich am Abend blicken lies.

Alles sehr neu, super sauber, alles wie versprochen, besser als auf den Bilder, am Pool nochmal Dusche und WC, auf die Privatsphäre wird sehr geachtet, im Wohngebiet, sehr ruhig, trotzdem nah zum Einkaufen, man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen, auch in die Altstadt kann man gut zu Fuss gehen, sehr nette Vermieter, sehr netter Hund, toller Grill, genügend Liegen und Sitzplätze und Sonnenschirme.....wir waren sehr zufrieden...

Schöner ruhiger Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Es war alles sehr sauber wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Ein kleiner lieber Hund vom Hausbesitzer kommt immer wieder mal vorbei, aber nicht in die Wohnung und auch nicht in den Pool, wir fanden ihn toll. Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man es ruhig und für sich sein möchte. Auch toll gelöst mit dem Sichtschutz rund um den Poolbereich. Wir hatten dort eine schöne Zeit und würden auch gerne nochmal kommen..

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Die Vermieter sprechen Englisch und Deutsch, sind steht's hilfsbereit und super nett. Ein kleiner (sehr lieber) Hund lebt auch mit auf dem Grundstück. Ansonsten ist alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen und wir kommen wieder.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit Pool und sehr netten Vermin

Die Wohnung und alle Zimmer waren frisch renoviert. Ein schöne Einrichtung und es fehlte an nichts. Direkt aus dem Wohn- und Essraum konnte man direkt zum Poolbereich. Ein kleiner aber feiner eigener Bereich an den man sehr toll den Tag verbringen kann. Die Kinder und wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei Lidl und Spar. Die Altstadt oben am Hügel war auch sehr schon mit kleinen Gassen und tollem Ausblick.

Mega Haus und suuupppeerr nette Vermieter!!!

Das Haus war der absolute Traum. Super schön modern eingerichtet. Alles Nagelneu, sauber, gepflegt. Die Besitzer sprechen Deutsch und Englisch und sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. So stellt man sich Urlaub vor. Pool absolut sauber. Wir können es nur empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!
