Private: property 5'000 m2, trees, meadow, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 3.1 km, rocky beach 25 km.
4-room house 140 m2 on 3 levels. Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). 2 sep. WC's. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed, shower/WC and air conditioning. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 4 beds, shower/WC and air conditioning. Terrace 30 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Wonderful vacation home

Villa Marija is fantastic. Everything matched the pictures perfectly. The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and an air-conditioning unit in every room. Check-in was seamless, and the owner was very friendly, with quick and easy communication. They responded immediately when a brief power cut shut off the water heating system. Two air-conditioning units stopped working during our stay, but they were promptly repaired. The pool was amazing and a great way to escape the heat. The shaded terrace was a lovely place to relax, and we spent most of our time there. The garden is large, well-maintained, and fully fenced, which was perfect for our two dogs. There is a small barbecue and even a pizza oven! The location is a bit off the beaten path, but the nearest supermarket is only 5-7 minutes away. Situated in the middle of Istria, it's just a 30-40 minute drive to the sea on either side, making it convenient for half or full-day trips and sightseeing. It is super quiet, you only hear the occasional car drive by, otherwise birds, a mountain chicken (some type large frog) and some dogs in the neighbourhood. Overall a wonderful place to spend a relaxing vacation, enjoy the piece and quite and a great pool.

Super entspannte Villa auf weitläufigem Grundstück zum Wohlfühlen für tolle Istrien Erkundungen

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa ..der Pool und das Grundstück haben uns äußerst gut gefallen ..alles was man braucht für einen entspannten Urlaub und gut gelegen für Erkundungen in Istrien ! Dazu eine sehr nette und präsente Betreuung vor Ort , die schnell und sehr nett und unkompliziert auf unsere Anliegen reagiert hat ...könnte sein das wir wieder kommen..

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus und das Grundstück waren genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder herkommen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wenn wir mal etwas benötigten. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage, man hat aber nur 5min mit dem Auto zum Stadtkern Zminj, wo es Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
