Single-family house "Sonja", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Montovani 8 km from the centre of Pićan, 13 km from the centre of Žminj, 27 km from the centre of Rabac, 27 km from the sea. Private: property 1'500 m2 with lawn, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 09.Oct.). Basketball, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, table football. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 13 km, bus stop 12.5 km, rocky beach 27 km. Groups of teenagers are not allowed.
5-room house 165 m2 on 2 levels. 1 room with 1 double bed and TV. Bath/WC with corner bath. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Hervorragend...

Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort , was soll ich sagen ? Es war einfach nur Super , klar die Lage vom Haus ist nicht direkt am Meer , aber von dort hat man mit dem Auto eine Super gelegenheit überall mit wenig zeit hinzukommen. Shopping , Einkäufe , Ausflüge ... alles weniger als ne stunde fahrtzeit .. es war in ganzen und großen ein super toller Urlaub . Es verging kein Tag mit langeweile , die kinder konnten wenn man vor ort war in den pool , Kickern , Dartspielen oder in den Sandkasten . Man fühlte sich wie Zuhause , eigenes kochen , Wäsche waschen , eine große Eckbadewanne , Dusche .. was will man mehr ?!

Empfehlungs wehrt

10 Personen passen sehr gut ins Haus. Besitzer top, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Immer erreichbar. Sauberer Pool und viel Platz zum toben. Alles soweit da. Was uns gefehlt hat ein trockner, wenn es mal regnet hat man keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher oder Klamotten zu trocknen. Waschmaschine ist auf kroatisch (erst muss man übersetzen) um zu verstehen mit was man waschen kann. Das Haus war soweit sauber, viel Platz zum sitzen. Lautstärke stört da keinen Bewohner egal welche Uhrzeit. Zu empfehlen.

Erstklassig, sauber, Ruhe pur, unser Hund hatte alle Freiheit der Welt, super Pool, nette Nachbarn, nette Vermieter– jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt, es war der 5.Besuch dort...wir kommen wieder Reisetipps: ganz Istrien ist lebens– und liebenswert, Tolle alte Städte, überall schmeckt es, vor allem da, wo die Einheimischen essen, Pula, Porec, Fasan, ach, alles ist schön! Unsere Badebucht verraten wir nicht:–)

Es ist alles vorhanden: im Pri...

Es ist alles vorhanden: im Prinzip 3 abgetrennte Wohngelegenheiten mit insgesamt 12 Schlafgelegenheiten, top Ruhe in einem ruhigen Dorf mit 15 Seelen. Zum Meer sind es 40 min abwechslungsreiche Fahrt. Pool besonders schön. Vermieterin verwöhnt einen auf eine angenehme Art. Achtung: Bücher mitnehmen...Wir waren schon 4x dort und fahren 2017 wieder hin. Dorfbewohner sind alle sehr offen, ... Klima angenehm im Juni. Im Durchschnitt 24 grd. Temperatur, riesiges Gelände: unser Hund war 1 Woche nicht an der Leine!!! Reisetipps: Da man im Centrum der Insel ist, benötigt man mit dem Auto ca 45 min zu allen hervorragenden Städten: Pula, Rovinj, Porez, Fazana, Labin, Lovran, Opatija... Essen schmeckt überall, vor allem frischer Fisch mit Kartoffeln mit Mangold. Badebuchten gibt's in der Nähe von Labin für uns die Besten (Hund erlaubt auf den Zeltplätzen). Rundreise über Fähren lohnt sich: Istrien–Cres–Krk–Rijeka und wieder Richtung Pazin (Tagestour). Überall bezahlbar und entschleunigend!
