2 level house, perfect for two families. One kitchen on the ground floor (well equipped), 1 livingroom and 2 bedrooms on each level. Easy communication with the very flexible and friendly owner. Getting housemilk is possible. Skilift Hauser Kaibling 15min.

Einfaches und etwas älteres, aber sehr gut ausgestattetes Wohnhaus. In der Küche fehlt nichts, die Matratzen der Betten sind ok und es gibt genug Schränke für die Bekleidung. Auch die Infrastruktur (Warmwasser etc) tadellos. Ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder Wanderungen vom Wohnort aus. Vermieterin wohnt im Nachbarhaus und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Een goede uitval basis voor schitterende wandelingen. In Grobming (3 km) zijn allerlei wandelingen aangeven die gelopen kunnen worden. Het huis is voorzien van alle basale voorzieningen en is enigzins gedateerd, maar prima geschikt voor een fijne zomervakantie.

Geweldig vakantiehuis.

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. We zijn met 6 volwassenen en 2 pubers geweest. Mooie grote vakantie woning met een mooi uitzicht. Gelegen tegenover de boerderij van de eigenaren. (Je kan flessen melk kopen, die 's-ochtends voor de deur worden neergezet) voldoende badkamers en wc's . 2 woonkamers. De service was geweldig met zeer vriendelijke eigenaren die zeer behulpzaam zijn. Winkels op 10 min. rijden, in Gröbming. Dus zeker aan te raden om hier vakantie te vieren.

Ruime woning met goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

Ideale woning voor grote gezinnen of zoals wij; een gezin met aanhang. Samen maar toch ieder een eigen plek. Het huis is schoon maar gedateerd en de service is heel goed en snel. Het huis is prima te bereiken maar er is geen directe skibuslijn en de pistes liggen op 15 min. rijden. Een prima plek als je zelfredzaam bent en een week wilt skiën zonder de hoofdprijs voor een verblijf te betalen

Wunderbare Ferien!

Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert! Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise und die Hausübergabe waren sehr nett und herrlich unkompliziert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit 8 Personen im Haus Katharina und hatten reichlich Platz. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wer ein sauberes und ruhiges Ferienhaus sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Herbstferien im Schladminger Land

Wir wurden sehr sehr freundlich empfangen und fanden ein sehr sauberes haus vor, in dem wir reichlich platz hatten. Auch die morgendliche frische milch war besonders lecker und wir vermissen diese schon jetzt. Das Schladminger Land gab uns vom schnee auf galsterberg, oben war es an dem Tag zwei grad kalt über sonnenschein auf stoderzinken sowie schneeregen u nebel alles.Konnten aber immer raus. Zu empfehlen ist das essen auf der rosemialm sowie im waldhäusl oder gaststätte riesachwasserfall.

Tolle Zeit in Gröbming

Wir (2 EW + 2 Kinder mit 15 u. 17 J.) hatten eine tolle Woche in Gröbming verbracht. Gastgeber total nett und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft toll, sehr sauber. Zwar nicht am modernsten aber schön. Alles da was so in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele. Sollten wir wieder diese Richtung unterwegs immer wieder gerne. Klappt räumlich auch sehr gut mit 2 befreundeten Familien. Nochmals vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Familie Berger

Gezellig Oostenrijks huis

Gezellig, ruim huis. Grote kasten om je spullen in kwijt te kunnen. Uitgebreide keukengerei/ keukenapparatuur. Goede toegankelijke weg naar het dorp voor boodschappen/ restaurant en richting activiteiten. Iedere ochtend kregen we verse melk van de eigenaresse. Ze was superaardig en behulpzaam, maar beslist niet opdringerig.

tolle Lage der FW- man schaut ringsherum auf die Berge und Wälder, gute Anbindung an Wanderwege, Sehenswertes und Ausflugsziele, Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuch waren kein Problem (wir waren mit dem Auto dort), die FW ist genau so ausgestattet, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen- das Mobiliar ist zum Teil etwas älter, aber voll funktionsfähig; sehr bequeme Betten, Räume sind von der Größe her grosszügig, trotz naheliegendem Kuhstall und Landwirtschaft fühlten wir uns in der Umgebung wohl und ungestört; sehr nette Vermieterin, insgesamt guter Gesamteindruck mit einem stimmigen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis,

Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegenen,hat aber einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge ringsherum. Die Einrichtung ist recht einfach,aber wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten ein erholsamen Urlaub

Hat alles super gepasst, wir waren voll zufrieden

Wir durften nach kurzem telefonischen Anruf, ein Teil der Familie kam aus Ungarn und der andere Teil aus Deutschland, beide waren schon wesentlich eher am Treffpunkt in Schladming-Dachstein da, in das schöne Ferienhaus. Unsere Vermieterin, die Jenny, hat alles nach unseren Wünschen kompliziert zurecht gemacht. Sie ist eine ganz nette Vermieterin, wir bekamen jeden Tag zur gewünschten Zeit unsere frische Milch, oder gab uns auf Anfragen immer gute Tips zu Ausflugszielen. Es war alles super und ausreichend Geschirr da, da wir auch selber gekocht haben. Jenny hat sogar den einen Handyanschluß für unsere Schwägerin nach Ungarn geschickt, den sie hinterm Schrank vergessen hatte. Insgesamt waren wir alle sehr zufrieden und können das Ferienhaus sehr gern Weiterempfehlen.
