Cosy, rustic chalet "Simons Blockhütte", 850 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Kaindorf 2 km from the centre of Gröbming, 14 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 21 km from the centre of Schladming, in the residential district, 10 km from the lake, 11 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: large, well-kept garden 2'500 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, bathing lake "Aich" 10 km. Tennis 1 km, mountain railway 11 km, ski lift 11 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 13 km.
"Simons Blockhütte", 4-room chalet 120 m2 on 3 levels. Partly renovated in 2018, very cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with dining table, dining nook, satellite TV and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 70 - 250 cm with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 70 - 250 cm with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Wood heating. Wooden floors. 2 balconies, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), box-room. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Note: Bringing a pet is free of charge. From the 2nd pet onwards, a fee of EUR 25 per stay will be charged on site.

Umístění chaty je skvělé. Naprostý klid. Vybavení a stav chaty dobrý až lehce opotřebený. Krásný výhled. Paní, která předávala klíče velice milá. Jediné co bych vytknul, byla neposekaná zahrada. Jinak spokojenost.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus, sehr urig eingerichtet, sauber und komfortabl. Viel Straum, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, schöner abgeschotteter Außenbereich. Ruhige gegend, mit vielen Wander Möglichkeiten. Die Vermieterin, ist zuckersüß, sehr sympathisch und offenherzig. Wir waren da mit unseren drei Kindern da und es war definitiv nicht das letztenmal

Wir suchten Ruhe und Erholung, dort haben wir beides gefunden ♡ Das Haus ist rustikal und gemütlich eingerichtet, das Grundstück mit Bergblick ein Traum. Jeden Morgen aufs Neue ein Wow Moment. Sauber und ordentlich dazu! Mit Hund einfach perfekt. Die Vermieter sehr gastfreundlich und nett. Danke liebe Fam. F. für Kaffee und Kuchen auf Eurer Alm traumhaft bei Euch. Wir kommen wieder ♡

Chalet Simon

Das Chalet Simon ist sehr schön gelegen, abgeschirmt von den anderen Häusern und mit Blick auf die Berge. Es stellt einen günstigen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Ramsau und in das Salzkammergut dar. Die Austattung ist ideal und die Gastgeberin P. ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Endlich Ruhe!

Als Stadtmensch möchte man manchmal eine echt ruhige, naturnahe Zeit verbringen. Für so etwas ist dieses Haus ideal. Von Fichten und Sträuchern abgeschirmt, mit einer großen Wiese in Hanglage - also auch für "sportlichere" Hunde geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und (was das Untergeschoß mit Sauna, IR-Kabine und Dusche betrifft) bereits Spitzenklasse. Der Rest wird modernisiert. Sehr nette Eigentümer!

Toller Urlaub

Sehr gemütliches, sauberes und geräumiges Ferienhaus. Riesiges Grundstück ideal mit Hunden. Sanitäranlagen etwas veraltert aber in Ordnung. Doppelbett im Obergeschoss ist etwas unbequem aufgrund der dünnen Matratzen und das quitschen bei jeder Drehung im Bett. Alles in Allem haben wir uns trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt und werden mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit das Objekt wieder buchen, da laut Aussage der Vermieterin in absehbarer Zeit renoviert wird!!
