Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 2 km. Nearby attractions: Castello di Montozzi, Arezzo 20 km, Cortona 45 km, Firenze 65 km. Please note: car recommended.
6-room house 150 m2 on 3 levels, on the upper floor. Rustic furnishings: upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the loggia. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and fan. 1 room with 3 beds and shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer). Bath/WC, shower/WC. No heating option. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed and fan. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, covered balcony. Panoramic view. Traumhafte Lage in der Toskana

Das Haus bot mit seinen großen Zimmer plus Badezimmern unserer Familie mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei Teenagern ausreichend Platz. Von der von uns immer genutzten Veranda hatte man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Olivenhaine des Chianti. Man war durch den Vermieter und vor allem Raffaelo stets gut informiert und umsorgt. Das beste war der Pool! Alle Sehenwürdigkeiten wie Florenz, Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano und Siena sind mit dem Auto in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Perfekt wäre die Wohnung mit einer etwas moderneren, besser ausgestatteten und geräumigeren Küche. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
