In the hamlet Casaglia 4 km from the centre of Poggibonsi, 11 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 30 km from the centre of Siena, in a sunny position, in the countryside. For shared use: large, beautiful garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 03.Oct.). Terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 31.Mar.). 800 m long motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 2.7 km, railway station "Poggibonsi" 4 km. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence. Wine tasting in a wine cellar near San Gimignano 17 km away 1x per stay included (on request).

Geweldige, parkachtige omgeving met veel mooie buitenruimte beschikbaar. Ruim appartement. Veel extra voorzieningen zoals mooi zwembad en zitjes in de mooie tuin. Prima parkeergelegenheid met eigen afstandsbediening voor hek.

Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert: sauber - in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Pool gelegen- absolut ruhig und doch mit sehr guten Verbindungen zu den " Magneten" der Toskana: San Gimignano, Volterra, Chianti-Gebiet..... Vergessen Sie nicht der Altstadt von Colle di Val d'Elsa einen Besuch abzustatten . Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit ( Donato spricht perfekt Deutsch - Französisch) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.....
