In the hamlet Ranza 6 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 40 km from the centre of Siena, 50 km from the centre of Firenze, in the countryside. Private: large, beautiful garden 900 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 30 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Poggibonsi" 15 km, sandy beach "Castiglioncello" 75 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Nearby attractions: Siena 40 km, Volterra 17 km, Firenze 60 km.
5-room house 100 m2 on 3 levels. 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm), 1 double bed and shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the garden. Upper floor: living/sleeping room with 1 bed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace.
