In the house: bistro, playroom, central heating system, bicycle rental. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 150 m, grass beach 700 m, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Please note: suitable for families. The photograph shows a typical example. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. Guests receive a 50% discount on entry to the Aqua Mundo indoor swimming pool. All other facilities within the park can be used (some for a fee).

Seit 5 Jahren zufrieden - komme wieder
Ich komme seit 5 Jahren mit meinem Hund nach Tossens in diese Ferienwohnung.
Sie ist zwar klein, aber optimal für 2 Personen oder Single mit Hund.
Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, und es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt.
Alles ist sehr sauber, die Küchengeräte neuwertig und das Ganze zu einem günstigen Preis.
Im Herbst komme ich wieder.
Bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad war ich froh, dass die Bäume dafür gesorgt haben, dass das Zimmer nicht zum Backofen wurde.

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren in diese Wohnung
Der Vermieter ist sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Er gibt alles, damit sich die Gäste wohlfühlen und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Schöne liebevoll eingerichtete EG-Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Kleine Nettkeiten wie Gewürze, Kaffeefilter, Butterdose, 1.Hilfe-Pack, Schuhschrank im Flur vorhanden. Strand mit tollem Spielplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie, kleiner Streichelzoo sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Zum vierten Mal gebucht - komme wieder
Schöne, saubere, gut eingerichtete FeWo. Gut geeignet für Single mit Hund, da Lage im Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse.
Zentrale Lage, alles ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt und fußläufig gut zu erreichen: Strand mit einem kleinen, umzäunten Hundeplatz, Bäckerei, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Restaurants, Biergarten usw.
Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden. Diese FeWo ist Urlaubern mit Hund zu empfehlen

Das Appartment ist ok. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bett quietscht etwas. Alles sehr gepflegt. Leider gab ensure drei Fernsehprogramme, der Rest war ausländisch und das W-LAN war miserabel. Es ist ausreichend für einen kleinen netten Urlaub an der Nordsee. Besonders loben möchte ich das Mietunternehmer, die sind sehr nett. Leider kam das Angebot für eine spätere Abreise erst, als wir schon auf dem Heimweg waren.

Alles in Ordnung zu einem guten Preis
Ich war mit meinem Hund das zweite Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es war alles sauber, und es gab keinerlei Mängel zu beanstanden. Die Küche war komplett eingerichtet. Küchengeräte wie Kaffeemaschine, Toaster usw. waren Markenartikel und neuwertig. Auch Bettzeug und Matratze waren neuwertig. Die Terrasse habe ich nicht benutzt. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über einen Schlüsselkasten. Den Code erhält man vom Vermittlungsbüro telefonisch genannt. So hat man keinerlei Zeitprobleme bei der Anreise.
