Gulls Rest is a bright and spacious 4 bedroom Maine coast vacation home, located on Rutherford Island, in mid-coast Maine. This oceanfront house sits up high above John’s Bay with extensive ocean views spanning 180°.

Gulls Rest comes fully equipped with all amenities included and a delightfully decorated, comfortable interior.

During the summer, spring and fall there is a separate lower level apartment available with 1 more bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, and living room. The apartment can be accessed through the main house basement and also through a separate outdoor entrance. The apartment is not available during the winter months.
