Beautiful, rustic cottage "Carpanel", from the 19th century, surrounded by trees and fields. 2.1 km from the centre of Flassans-sur-Issole, 16 km from the centre of Brignoles, 52 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, in a secluded, elevated position on top of a hill, 50 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 13'000 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool round (9 m diameter, depth 150 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2.1 km, bakery 2.1 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Pignans" 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 14 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Verdon, Grottes de Villecroze, Cassis. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Sainte Croix, Lac de Carcès. Hiking paths: La Sainte Beaume.

Leuk huis voor meerdere gezinnen/grote familie
Met 2 gezinnen en 8 personen in totaal hebben we goed genoten van dit vakantiehuis met zwembad en grond eromheen. Met een lekkere zomertemperatuur van in het begin 39-40 graden bleef het in het huis met de dikke muren zo’n 27-28 graden. Grote minpunt was (voor vooral de kids maar daardoor ook voor ons) de slechte tot geen WiFi. De huisbewaarder heeft nog geprobeerd met een nieuwe setup het te verbeteren maar dat mocht helaas niet baten.prima ligging om binnen een uur op het strand te genieten.

Un écrin au milieu des vignes
Une belle endroit pour se reposer . Superbe propriété et super piscine ronde de 9 mètres donc on se sent comme un poisson dans l’eau. Dommages que les odeurs de fosse septique viennent gâcher ce belle endroit et un mobilier de jardin vétuste. Si ces problèmes sont réparés, je reloue sans hésiter .
