In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bakery 200 m, bus stop "Sölden Haus Bella Vista" 350 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 38.9 km, indoor swimming pool 1.1 km. Mountain railway, ski lift, slopes 150 m, cross country ski track 30 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkoglbahn 150 m. The owner does not accept any groups. Aquapark "Freizeitarena Ötztal". Tennis, 9-hole golf course in Mieming 60 km. Ride. Fishing. Summer skiing in Retten/Tiefenbach glacier 14 km. paragliding. Hiking trails, mountain hikes, climbing. Bike paths, mountain bike routes. Ötztal fun park.
"Rubin", 2-room apartment 27 m2 on 2nd floor. Practical and beautiful furnishings: 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, 1 sofabed and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

I absolutely recommend it – clean, modern, all you need, and close to the ski lift. Traveller tips: Besides skiing in Soelden, devote a day or two for skiing in Hoch– and Obergurgl. It's worth. On return, you can try Kuhtai as well.

Standort super. Zweckmäßige Wohnung für 2 Personen wäre es ok. Aber für 3 Personen viel zu klein. Viel zu wennig aufhänge Möglichkeiten. Preisleistung für im Februar viel zu hoch. Aber hatte alles man braucht. Aber gewisse Dinge könnte man wirklich mal ersetzen.

Lage fußläufig zur Gaislachkogelbahn perfekt, aber etwas entfernt zum Zentrum. Wohnung etwas klein aber sauber und gut/neu ausgestattet. WLAN vorhanden aber häufig neu einloggen notwendig. Kaution nur bar hinterlegbar!

Die Talstation der Gaislachkogelbahn ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Apartment war sehr raumeffizient, aber schön eingerichtet. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, aber dennoch in Ordnung.

Die Wohnung Rubin war sehr schön, gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit allen wichtigen Dingen für eine Ferienwohnung ausgestattet. Die Besitzerin und ihr Team waren sehr zuvorkommend, gastfreundschaftlich und professionell. Das Preis–/Leistungsverhältnis hat absolut gestimmt. Die Nähe zur Gondel war super. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Accueil très convivial. L'appa...

Accueil très convivial. L'appartement est très correct (Rubin) mais mal isolé (heureusement, nos voisins n'étaient pas bruyants). D'autre part, il serait souhaitable de rajouter une VMC dans le local ski. Conseils de voyage: Très belle région avec des installations de qualité avec le souci de proposer des nouveautés chaque année. Au Giggijoch à Sölden, un escalator et des cabines pour dix personnes (au lieu de 8 en 2016). A Hochgurgel, station voisine, une nouvelle piste permettant de passer une journée complète sur le domaine.
