Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Etang de Pissevaches 4 km. Hiking paths: Gouffre de l'Œil Doux 6 km, Massif de la Clape 10 km.

Simple and modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with veranda with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, satellite TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), box-room. Beautiful view of the sea and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR, DE. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Positiv : Die Lage wie Aussicht sind super. Die Bemühungen der Vermieterin Abhilfe zu schaffen. Negativ : Das Haus ist in einem sehr ungepflegten, schmutzigen Zustand. Die Reinigung wurde seit Monaten sehr oberflächlich vorgenommen. Schimmel, verdreckter Backofen, Abflussstopfen defekt, ohne Geschirrspüler wird auch das zu einem Problem. Die Fenster sind seid ewigen Zeiten nicht geputzt. Ameisen in der Küche, im Kühlschrank, alle Zimmer sind vollgestellt…….alte Zimmertür, große leere Bilderrahmen, alle Schränke voll. Als Gast hat man so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeit, oder diese sind mit dem Hinweis privat versehen / zugeschraubt. Müll, Wäsche von Vormietern. Innenschränke verdreckt. Die Bemühungen der Vermieterin, neues Bett, Relaxsessel, zusätzliche Reinigung, sind bei dem Gesamtzustand nur ein Tropfen auf dem heißen Stein. Unserem Wunsch, mehrfach in Telefonaten geäußert, die Unterkunft zu wechseln, wurde nicht entsprochen, da man dem Vermieter, die Möglichkeit zur Beseitigung der Schäden geben muss, außerdem hätten wir dann keinen Anspruch auf Erstattungsleistungen. Der Hinweis wir würden lieber, wo anders Geld dazu zahlen, da Schimmel bekanntlich krankheitserregend ist, wurde abgetan. Im Ganzen gesehen, eine einzige Katastrophe.

Maison bien située et bien conçue avec de beaux volumes exceptée la salle d'eau (douche vétuste). D'autre part, le lourd sèche-serviette était mal fixé au mur (absence de support au sol et pas assez de points de maintien). En général, la maison aurait besoin d'être controlée et renovée à certains endroits (branchements électriques à revoir et terrasse à refaire). Sinon, nous avons apprécié la climatisation. Pour finir, nous ne recommandons pas ce logement pour une famille AVEC DES ENFANTS.

Unterkunft hat eine rustikale und spärliche Ausstattung. Backofen fanden wir verdreckt vor. Die Fenster haben alle kein fliegengitter, des Weiteren war die Einweisung sehr kurz. Aber ,Warnung!, zum Schlafzimmer , abends Animation-Musik vom Nachbarn Hotel.

In der Beschreibung stand,dass man deutsche Programme im TV empfängt, wir haben keine gefunden. Aber das war nicht weiter schlimm. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub.

Bonne localisation de la location, accès facile à la plage, au marché. Cependant manque de confort, peu de couvert, état de propreté moyen à notre arrivée, climatisation en panne et pas de remise financière proposée ...

Sehr gemütlich, mit großem Gasgrill auf der Terasse. Komplett geschlossenes Grundstück. Blick auf das Meer. Zentral gelegen, 1200 Meter zum Zentrum. Erste Cafes bereits nach 100 Meter. Täglicher Markt mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Unzählige Winzer in der Region.

Das schon ältere Ferienhäuschen ist schön gelegen mit wunderbarem Meerblick und Wintergarten. Sehr gut geeignet für zwei Personen. Mobiliar ist in Ordnung, Unterkunft ist sauber (evtl. Backofen reinigen), es könnte etwas mehr Besteck vorhanden sein.
