In the house: storage room for skis. 5 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Gattererberg Volksschule" 48 m, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 5.4 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Mountain railway 6 km, ski lift 6 km.
"Schöser", 3-room apartment 50 m2, on the top floor. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Walk-through room with 1 double bed and electric heater. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with bath/shower/WC and electric heater. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Gas heating. Carpet. Balcony. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot.

Sehr gemütlich

Unsere Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr gut. War sehr gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. 20 Minuten Fahrt vom Skigebiet ist zu rechnen. Lage und Sicht toll!

Hoofdpijn en soms lawaaierig

De ontvangst is bijzonder hartelijk. Plafonds en balken zijn onvermijdbaar en bezorgden iedereen een aantal bulten op het hoofd, Verder werd er in een weekend volop gefeest door een groep jongeren tegenover de woning al vroeg op de dag tot in de late uurtjes. Warm water is onvoldoende voor veel personen. Veel last van vliegen. Uitzicht en locatie is magnifiek net als de wandelmogelijkheden.
