House "Luxner". 4 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 10 km from the centre of Fügen, 17 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 6 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area, south facing position. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 4 km long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 9 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift, slopes 300 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Extra: You get a 10% discount on the daily menu in the Skistadl snack station on the valley run above the middle station.

The place was great for 6 adults. The mittelstation on the Hochzillertal gondola was a 5 minute walk away and easily accessible. Because the accommodation is half way up the mountain, there wasn’t any local shops but we hired a car and went down into the town and got everything we needed. It is a great location and I would definitely stay again!

Prachtig uitzicht rustig gelegen

Wij verbleven met 4 personen op de bovenste etage. Vanaf het balkon een prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk rustig. Een goed uitgeruste keuken, waardoor we ook heerlijk zelf konden koken. Dit appartement ligt hoog op de berg, dus de weg er naar toe is steiler en ligt verder van winkels en restaurants af, maar voor ons was dat geen enkel probleem. Voor het uitzicht alleen al, zouden we zo weer gaan. En M. is een uitstekende host en regelde elke dag verse broodjes.

Das Appartment hat unseren Erwartungen in vollem Umfang entsprochen. Die Erreichbarkeit war besser als erwartet trotz stärkeren Schneefalls.Für Familien oder kleine Gruppen auf jedenfall eine Empfehlung! Reisetipps: Zur Mittelstation der Gondelbahn war nur ein kurzer Fußmarsch nötig. Für geübte Skifahrer ist die Abfahrt bis direkt zum Haus möglich bei entsprechender Schneelage.

Die Unterkunft und die Vermiet...

Die Unterkunft und die Vermieter waren super, mitten an der Talabfahrt gelegen und nahe der Mittelstation. Wer im Tal ausgehen möchte muss allerdings eine 5 km lange Bergstraße mit Schneeketten befahren oder bis spätestens 16 Uhr kann auch alternativ dieBergbahn genutzt werden. Reisetipps: Eine interne Sache bezogen auf Interchalet muss ich allerdings bemängeln. Die Zusammenarbeit von dem Anbieter Skiset und Sportstock vor Ort funktioniert nicht wirklich. Zwar werden 20% Rabatt tatsächlich eingeräumtaber die online eingegebenen Daten werden nicht übermittelt bzw. aufgenommen. So müssen vor Ort beim Sportstock noch einmal alle Daten am Terminal eingegeben werden. Diese Zusammenarbeit klappt nicht wirklich und ist stark verbesserungswürdig!!!
