Very beautiful, rustic cottage "Agrumi", surrounded by meadows and fields. 5 km from the centre of Montecatini Terme, 1.5 km from the centre of Monsummano Terme, 40 km from the centre of Firenze, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 61 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 25'000 m2 (fenced). Barbecue. Private: large terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 24.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). 150 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 700 m, supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Montecatini" 6.4 km, pebble beach "Viareggio" 61 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Exit to the garden. Bathroom. Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Bath/WC. Wood heating. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, covered balcony. Marvellous panoramic view of the countryside. Tolle Lage, Ausstattung spartanisch

Es ist ein altes Landhaus und dem entsprechend möbiliert. Für 8 Personen ist das Haus nicht geeignet, 6 Personen ist die Grenze. Den zweiten Sanitärraum kann man nicht als Bad bezeichnen, er ist sehr schmal und die Dusche ist hinter der Holztür und nur für schlanke Personen nutzbar. Bei Ankunft gab es auf keiner Toilette Toilettenpapier! Der Abfluss in der Küche war ständig verstopft. Allerdings ist die Lage wunderschön und der Pool ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Geländer sind mangelhaft oder fehlen.

Typisches Toscanisches Haus

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in einen typischen Toscanischen Haus. Es wären nur Kleinigkeiten, die wir aber ärgerlich fanden. Zumal Sie schnell abzustellen sind. Es gab nicht ein Weinglas im Haus. Duschköpfe verkalkt, so das es schwierig war unter dem Duschkopf nass zu werden. Zudem war der Abfluss in der Küche stark verstopft, so dass kein Wasser ablief! Man sollte aber auch erwähnen das der Hausherr nett und zurückhaltend ist und der Pool immer sauber gehalten wurde. Insgesamt waren wir zufriede!

Der Duschkopf wurde entkalkt und der Abfluss in der Küche gereinigt.

Prachtige locatie

Het huis is ruim, heeft goede slaapkamers en bedden. De inboedel m.n. de keuken is wat gedateerd. De vriendelijke eigenaar spreekt alleen Italiaans en dat maakt de communicatie lastig.

Idyllisches Haus in sehr guter Lage

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig auf einer Anhöhe gelegen. Die Hausbesitzer wohnen im hinteren Teil des Hauses und sind selten zu sehen. Bei Anfragen sind sie aber jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Allerdings sprechen die beiden nur italienisch. Es werden einige Hoftiere und Hunde gehalten, was aber nicht stört. Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzi, aber nur über ein Bad und im EG ein sehr kleines enges Bad mit Dusche. Daher würde ich nicht mit einer anderen Familie das Haus teilen. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Tolle Lage, super Ausblick.

Das Haus steht etwas abgelegen an einer Anhöhe inmitten eines Olivenhains. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wohnen in einem angrenzendem Gebäudeteil. Verständigung war leider nur nur mittels Google- Übersetzer oder auf italienisch möglich. Das Haus ist etwas älter und im toskanischem Stil erbaut. Da es einen alten offenen Kamin gibt, richt es in den meisten Bereichen nach Geräuchertem. Liegt man jedoch am schönen Pool mit der tollen Aussicht ist ist das jedoch schnell vergessen.

Tolles Grundstück - geräumiges Haus

Wir hatten mit 7 Personen gut Platz. Das Grundstück ist groß und die Aussicht fantastisch. Der Pool ist toll. Die Besitzer zurückhaltend und freundlich. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig und es gibt aufgrund der Tierhaltung Stechfliegen. Aber das ist typisch für Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Tolle Unterkunft. Nette Besitz...

Tolle Unterkunft. Nette Besitzer, die hilfsbereit und freundlich sind. Etwas hellhörig. Ruhige Lage mit tollem gepflegtem Pool. Reisetipps: Die Toskana ist immer eine Reise wert. Lucca ist eine tolle Stadt (ca. 35 Minuten mit dem Auto). Im Ort ist eine gute Pizzeria und zwei kleine Lebensmittelläden, die für den täglichen Bedarf alles haben.

Authentieke en ruime woning....

Authentieke en ruime woning.Gelegen in de hoogte, tussen de olijfbomen en met een ver uitzicht op de omgeving. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig al is de waterdruk wat aan de lage kant.Zwembad is leuk gesitueerd en goed onderhouden. Het was aangenaam zitten aan de overdekte eettafel buitenDe vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars wonen in het zelfde gebouw maar respecteren je privacy.Dicht bij supermarkt.Wij hadden er een zeer aangenaam verblijf.
