Super Häuschen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Nur man selbst benutzt ihn. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Neue Küche. Eigenes Bad. Das Häuschen liegt super als Ausgangslage. Super zum Meer. Tolles Umland.

sehr schöne Lage, liebenswerter Empfang und Verabschiedung, ein Vermieter, der sich um alle Belange gekümmert hat, leider war der Pool schon zu, sauberes Häuschen, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, gepflegter, schöner Garten, die Ferienhauskatze war unaufdringlich, aber immer da, viele gute Empfehlungen für Speis und Trank vom Vermieter, es lohnt sich ! Danke

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das kleine Haus liegt inmitten einer parkähnlichen Gartenanlage, die man ganz für sich hat. Ebenso den großen Pool. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist einfach, aber zweckmässig. Der Satellitenempfang deutscher Fernsehsender ist manchmal durch Wettereinflüsse gestört.Das Fernsehgerät selbst ist recht klein. In der Küche gibt es einen Gasherd sowie Toaster und Microwelle und einen Kühl/Gefrierschrank. Das Häuschen ist klein, hat aber Charme!

Sehr gute Lage ,um die umliegendenSehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Nah an der Autobahn. In 40 Min ist man am Meer. Schöner Pool direkt vor der Tür zur alleinnutzung. Besitzer wohn auf dem Grundstück. Bei Problemen war er immer erreichbar, und hat die auch schnell gelöst. Das Haus selber ist für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Das Mobiliar weist starke Gebrauchsspuren,was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat Ein Toaster wäre super. In der Beschreibung war er aufgelistet,aber leider nicht vorhanden.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das große Grundstück bzw. der Garten ist sehr schön und der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung einfach perfekt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche stand auch kein Toaster zur Verfügung. Rundum haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns erholen.

Toll war der große Pool und das große Grundstück. Die Möbel im Inneren waren schon sehr abgewohnt, die Küche hat weder einen Backofen, noch eine Microwelle. Der sehr kleine TV hatte keine deutschen Sender. Die Vermieter waren begrenzt freundlich und verlangten bei der Abreise noch 60 Euro, evtl. für Strom, bekamen aber keine Abrechnung.

Hallo wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit sehr netten Vermietern und einem Traum Garten. Das Inventar ist schon in die Jahre gekommen sonst würde die Bewertung mit sehr GUT ausfallen.

La maison est au calme ,bien située. Les espaces extérieurs et la piscine sont d’une grande qualité. Par contre, dommage que la literie du clic clac soit très mauvaise,plusieurs lattes sont cassées et le matelas est ancien.

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferien...

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der FeWo ist sehr gut.Da alles zur Alleinnutzung zur Verfügung steht (vor Allem der Pool), kann man sich so richtig erholen. Da niemand stört, ist die Privatatmosphäre auf jeden Fall gewahrt.

Es fehlt etwas an Privatsphäre. Pool war aus gezeichnet. Haus recht gut eingerichtet. Reisetipps: Lucca ist unbedingt zu besuchen.Supermarkt,Esselunga ca. 8km entfernt,aber gut.
