Immer wieder gerne
War alles super und super freundliche und fürsorgliche Familie neben an, der Vermieter ist auch super freundlich und fürsorglich. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto 7 min entfernt. Ohne Auto ist man eher lost weil man dann länger unterwegs wäre, aber mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichbar. Es fährt auch ein bis dort aber müsste man fragen wann immer. 5 min Fuß weg zu einem kleinen Supermarkt.Sehr ordentlich und sauber alles gewesen.immer wieder würden wir dort Urlaub machen

Das Haus liegt an einer Straße abgeschieden vom Geschehen. Dort erlebt man das Bäuerliche kroatische Leben. Nette Nachbarn und einige Schafe. Es ist sehr ruhig. Deswegen hatten wir es gebucht. Leider war es zu unserer Reisezeit sehr Heiss. Da die Terasse eine südlage hat war es nicht auszuhalten. Ich denke das empfinden andere eventuell anders. Die Strände in der nähe bieten so gut wie keinen Schatten. Da sollte man Vorkehrungen treffen wenn man nicht gebraten werden will. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Endroit calme et paisible, à 3kms d'une belle petite plage avec vue sur les Vellebit. Zadar, l'île de Pag et le Parc National de Paklenica sont très proches....la localisation est idéale !

Das positive zuerst: Das Haus ...
Das positive zuerst: Das Haus ist schön renoviert und der Garten ganz nett. Aber..im Garten liegt Sperrmüll und Bauschutt herum, sehr unschön. Im Haus mangelt es an Kleinigkeiten z.B. Geschirr nicht vollständig, keine Auflagen für die Liegen (Vermieter dazu:" werden von Mietern immer kaputt gemacht". Der uralte marode Ampelschirm ging während underes Urlaubes beim Aufdrehen kaputt, dafür wurde ein Teil Kaution einbehalten – ein Unding. Das negativste für uns allerdings die Lage des Objektes. Esist ein einsames teils verfallenes Bauerndorf in dem es keine weiteren Urlauber gibt. Jede Menge Schafe und ein paar... Einwohner, sonst absolut nichts. Die Nachbarhäuser sind direkt angebaut, das Objekt wurde sehr geschickt fotografiert. Nur was für Leute die Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof mögen. Reisetipps: Plitvicer Seen, ca. 120km. und das Zrmanja Tal in dem die Winnetou Filme gedreht wurden,ca. 30 km. Insel Pag ist sehenswert,wie auch Zadar – beides ca. 30 km.

In einer Ecke des Gartens lagern ordentlich bedeckte Reserve-Dachziegel.
Geschirr ist für 5 Personen in ausreichender
Zahl vorhanden. Den Sonnenschirm hat der Vermieter mittlerweile
repariert.
