Rustic house "Maria", renovated in 2015. In the hamlet Polje 13 km from the centre of Malinska, 4 km from the centre of Soline, 18 km from the centre of Krk, 2.5 km from the sea. Private: property 50 m2. Patio, garden furniture. In the house: internet access. Shop 400 m, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 2.3 km, sandy beach 3.5 km pebble beach 3.5 km. Please note: airfield 16 km from the property.
"Maria", 2-room house 38 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV and electric heater. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (2 induction hot plates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Forced-air heating. Wooden floors. Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Ein Häuschen in dem alles, was zu einem schönen Urlaub gehört, vorhanden war. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein nettes und freundliches Gastgeberpaar. Alle Bilder, ob Aussen/Innenbereich hier entsprechen dem, was wir vor Ort vorgefunden haben. Einfach nur schön und absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Wunderschönes, kleines Ferienhaus

Klein, aber fein. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Inbegriffen ist ein Steintisch mit Bänken (sehr romantisch) und einer kleinen Terrasse. Der Rest des Anwesens (incl. Garten) gehört zum Wohnbereich der Vermieter und darf leider von den Gästen nicht genutzt werden. Ruhige Lage, Supermarkt im nahe gelegenen Ort Silo, der am Meer liegt.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Zum Ferienhaus gehört ein eigener kleiner Grundstücksanteil (ca. 50 m²) mit gefliester, teilüberdachter Terrasse, Gartenmöbeln, Steintisch und Bänken sowie transportablem Grill.
