Bien placé mais mal entretenu.
Emplacement top car residence proche d' une superbe plage et à 800m du centre d ile Rousse ! Mais les logements mériteraient d être rénovés et entretenus. Ménage non fait de toute la semaine dans les couloirs et ça en avait grand besoin !

Très bel emplacement
La location est très bien située à 50 m de la plage de sable et à 10mn du centre de l'Ile Rousse à pied, le long de la plage, c'est parfait. L'accueil par la propriétaire est très bien. Concernant le logement parfait pour un couple, un peu juste si plus nombreux. L'ensemble demanderait un petit raffraichissement, même si c'était très propre. Frigo un peu cahotique, en fin de vie. Belle vue sur le port du 1° étage où nouos étions et sur la mer.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana ad agosto..posizione ottima, 50 metri dal mare e vicina al centro oltre che molto buona per visitare le altre spiagge..il residence e molto semplice ma funzionale, la pulizia forse sarebbe da migliorare.

Logement bien situé à 30 mètres de la plage par un petit chemin. Le logement est similaire à celui montré sur les photos avec des détails moins : aménagement plus simple, sans fauteuil, sans étagères, sans fenêtre dans la salle de bain...

Un plan serait nécessaire pour trouver les lieux . Adresse erronée, le nom des rues ne sont pas indiquées, dans l’aide des locaux impossible d’atteindre la résidence,un peu ancienne mais très fonctionnelle. Un atout majeur: plages à proximité avec accès direct sans route à traverser. À l’etage, vue sur le port. Commerces et centre ville à proximité.

Appartamento carino,molto semplice ma curato, con tutti utensili necessari per cucinare. Molto fresco, aria condizionata mai usata! Proprietario persona veramente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. La posizione è ottima: due passi dalla spiaggia di Ile Rousse (molto bella), 400/500 metri dal centro. Parcheggio gratuito proprio di fronte alla struttura.

Unterkunft in super Lage – nur...
Unterkunft in super Lage – nur wenige Meter zu Strand/Promenade – allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Einrichtung wirklich nur zweckmäßig. Pool an sich attraktiv, allerdings läuft die Umwälzung (als "Springbrunnen") beinahe den ganzen Tag und kann durchaus störend wahrgenommen werden.
