Terrace (12 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: lift. Breakfast possible (extra). Parking (extra) on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket 500 m, bakery, café 600 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Nearby attractions: Seebrücke 900 m.
