Rustic house "Malbosc", 250 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by vineyards. 2 km from the centre of St. Genest, 7 km from the centre of Joyeuse, 25 km from the centre of Aubenas, 7 km from the river, in the countryside. Private: property with meadow, orchard. 80 m long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Shop 3 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop "LablachÚre centre" 2 km, railway station "Montélimar" 70 km, pebble beach "River Beaume (Joyeuse)" 7 km (small).
"Malbosc", 3-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV, radio and CD-player. Open small living room. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (1 hot plate, oven, 3 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Wir waren zum 2ten Mal hier.Nette ruhige Lage. idealer Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr unsere Motorradtouren. Wandern auch prima. Die "altfrĂ€nkische"Einrichtung muss man akzeptieren. Aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig und alles ist da.

Wir haben unsere Zeit und auch die Ruhe in dem kleinen HĂ€uschen sehr genossen. Die Lage in dem Weinberg ist einfach genial und die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung im Haus, ist rustikal und schlicht gehalten aber alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Das Bad ist leider sehr klein und könnte eine Sanierung vertragen. Die ĂŒberdachte Außenterrasse mit Grill lĂ€dt an den Abenden zum langen verweilen und trĂ€umen ein. Preis- LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis stimmt.

Alles Bestens, erholsame Ferien

Liebevoll und heimelig eingerichtet, ruhig, mitten in den Rebbergen. Der grosse selbstgemauerte Grill auf der Veranda ist top, das CheminĂ©e im Wohn/Esszimmer sorgt fĂŒr gemĂŒtliche WĂ€rme an den kĂŒhlen Herbsttagen. Sehr gut mit zahlreichen Pfannen und Geschirr ausgerĂŒstet. Ideal zum Wandern, Ausruhen und fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Region. Nachts funkeln die Sterne in der klaren Luft. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden gerne wieder zurĂŒckkommen. Merci beaucoup!

Slechte bereikbaarheid, is gewoon niet te vinden zelfs met GPS. Airco zou ook geen onnodig luxe zijn. Keuken en badkamerke zijn aan vernieuwing toe.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr s...

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Umgebung, zwischen Weinbergen, abseits der Straße, die kaum befahren wird. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist gut, praktisch; alles ist vorhanden; man kann in beiden Schlafzimmern gut und ruhig schlafen. FĂŒr GĂ€ste, die lesen wollen, empfiehlt es sich, helle Leselampen mitzubringen. Reisetipps: Es gibt direkt vom Haus aus sehr gute Wandermöglichkeiten; die Straße ist im Oktober sehr ruhig; das Haus liegt hell und mit guter Sicht auf die Landschaft; man kann im 5 km entfernten Ort sehr gut einkaufen. Nicht weit entfernt vom Haus gibt es schöne Orte und noch schönere FlĂŒsse und Wald.
